Contrast was way out of balance and couldn't get it adjusted correctly. Produced that artificial background look due to the issue with the contrast. This was my 3rd LG TV and I didn't have any issues with dialing in a nice picture on the other two. Image always looked like the Zoom was on, but the TV was set at 16:9 and then tried on Original with no improvement. Returned it for the Sony Bravia X90k, which produced an amazing picture with no adjustments needed.

The delivery team mounted the television on the wall efficiently, provided advice, and cleaned up after themselves. Kudos to them.
