    Loved the TV for the first few uses. Now, less than one month later, there is a white cross where one row and one column of pixels are just bright white. It has been over 15 days and I cannot talk to anyone at my local store to see if they make an exception.

    The TV works pretty well, but the customer service is abominable. It came without a power chord and Best Buy refuses to correct things. All works well, but the remote is difficult to manipulate with oddly placed commands that are difficult to access

    I will have to return or exchange this tv; I'm probably unfortunate to get one with a bad panel because it's the worst I've ever seen when viewing dark scenes. The backlight and blooming are so bad.
