    After reviewing the specifications for multiple different 55-inch televisions, I elected to buy an LG 55QNED80 for our brightly lighted upstairs great room. Both the video and audio exceed my expectations. The only downside is the Magic Remote will not control our old DirecTV DVR/Receiver.
