I didn't know anything about a 4K TV, untilbI went to Best Buy. My experienced salesman gave me a lesson on 4K's 101. I was not disappointed in my purchase. We are still loving it. Thank You Best Buy.

Bought December 31, 2023 and today September 29, 2025 the picture has gone out on it . For the price of 952.58 I would say it is not worth it at all. Tried to get help seeing if it can be repaired and was informed no longer under warranty and it would be cheaper just to buy a new one

This tv looked great but it it cracked with the slightest bit of pressure on the screen when I moved it. I don't know if I was just unlucky or applied pressure just in the wrong spot but I've had other tvs take a lot more punishment and never crack. LG warranty told me tough luck buttercup, and the set was only 6 months old.

This is a new & total upgrade from the tv previously owned. This new one is a "Smart" tv, so it can do, i can do more with out add other equipment.

This was first time we had bought an LG. My husband had researched and reviewed and talked to salesperson. We purchased January 20,2024. The picture was amazing could see actors blackheads.. March 4,2025. Just light no pictures. Basically one year and one month.. to think we were looking to replace all kitchen appliances with LG when we remodel.. No Way should las longe Ethan 13 months..
