Tried to telephone my Best Buy store to lodge my concern and only got a recording after a long hold that was short & rude.

I have a 65” OLED for my gaming tv, and we have other LG UHD 55” TVs in our bedrooms and all have been great. Normally they last for years without issue. The QNED 80 series did not live up to what we’ve grown used to. I bought mine July 31st 2023 and within a couple of months it has light leaks on the top and bottom of the screen. Any darker TV show or movie is almost unwatchable with the corners of the TV lighting up where it shouldn’t be. I’ve requested a repair through Lg but honestly would much rather just return this model and get an OLED considering it’s broken this quickly. The OLED I’ve had for 2 years has never had an issue.

It delivers a great gaming experience thanks to its low input lag and fast response time. A real steal for the money!

They made sure that we were getting 'everything' that this TV has to offer. We're thoroughly enjoying the wonderful picture and sound. And on top of that, the controls are much more user friendly making it easier to watch DVD's.
