They made sure that we were getting 'everything' that this TV has to offer. We're thoroughly enjoying the wonderful picture and sound. And on top of that, the controls are much more user friendly making it easier to watch DVD's.

You will struggle to see any detail on the screen from an angle. The more of an angle you have the brighter the screen gets. The colors also change in an odd ways. I made contact with a representative from LG and explained that I was able to observe my old LG from all angles with little to no differences in quality, but not the same message with the QNed. The LG rep was unable to fix my TV in settings. Very disapointed in this TV, the sound quality was not impressive.
