    I gave it a whole 2 stars because it had decent picture while it lasted. Less than a year in, I started having problems with my screen. It would flicker and turn off but the sound would still work. Unfortunately I bought it on sale before moving and it had stayed in the box for a few months. By the time it started to malfunction, the warranty was up. I’m out over a grand and this thing barely works now and need replaced. It would cost more to fix than to just buy a new tv. I am livid with how long this lasted.

    The Best Buy “Total Tech” experience is amazing. The Techs were thorough, kind and professional. We had snow and ice the day before and they walked the TV down an icey driveway. The 55” LG OLED and Samsung sound bar are amazing. Best Buy and Geek Squad have it together!

    The whole experience was quite enjoyable, and the sales person was very informed on the details of all the various TVs to choose from, and helped me tremendously. It made me happy that I went for an -in-person shopping experience rather than just shop "blindly" on line.
