My wife and I are frequently making the wrong selections and getting frustrated with the remote. Other than this we fully enjoy the programs once find what we are looking for. If you are thinking about this purchase, be sure to try the remote before deciding.

The menu system is way too complicated with useful features buried. Also no way to set the TV to auto off after 20 minutes, only option is 4 hours.

You shouldn’t have to buy a streaming device or cast over when purchasing such an expensive tv. Other than that it’s an amazing screen to watch on.

The issue is that I don't have a service that has a 4K Router, so I have some channels in 4K, but others are HD. I probably want to get a sound bar, but the audio is good for an apartment, condo or bedroom.

So. Many. Apps. Are “not available on LG TV”. basic streaming channels readily available on Samsung or Toshiba (cheaper) TV’s are just not an option. After having the TV for a few months I regret the purchase and would return it if I could. That’s how bad it is (for me), I’ve got a great picture but what’s the point if you can’t watch what you want?
