Then when I went into the store and emailed several times they claimed I never emailed them. There’s a lady manager who works in Coralville who’s quite aggressive and rude. She made me feel so unwelcome and after all the business I bought from them it was very disheartening. They’re not customer oriented.

You feel like you are in the room with the actors, athletes, etc. The sound is good. We've never had a sound bar so we don't know what we're missing. The bad: The TV is so thin it could break while being dusted....be very careful. The holes on the back are minimal. So hanging it on the wall or attaching it to something to make it more sturdy is VERY challenging. If the show, sporting event or other doesn't have a high quality camera then your experience will be blurred at times.

I took a chance on an open box sale and the TV and components were in great shape. I picked it up at the store and the service was outstanding and fast and it was loaded in my car. I will never buy a TV another way and Best Buy and the staff made it easy and pleasant. Thank you.

But the “pointer” feature is one of the most annoying things on the planet. And they left it so there’s no way to turn that feature off. The pointer will just randomly pop up and start moving around when you move the remote around and it just is annoying. On top of that the TV only lasted just shy of three years. Literally two years and 11 months. Then the audio stopped working. I can’t get audio from the internal speakers or any external devices.
