Refresh rate has some trouble keeping up with fast moving animation. Purchased mid level sound bar with tv. Good sound but still suffers from loud soundtrack/quiet dialogue. Considering price paid for both would have expected these issues to be addressed.

Gaming, 4k HDR and SDR videos, movies, etc. However, the tv ships with LG's locked out system called WebOS. My issue with WebOS is that it forces so many ads and "recommendations" in your face. There are also far fewer apps in the LG app store compared to samsung, TCL, and stock Android tv. No crunchyroll app, no Steam Link app, etc etc. Im forced to rely on other devices like my Xbox or fire stick for certain things that could be done natively.

Always having to lower during commercials and back up afterwards. Blue tooth feature to listen on phone device is not seamless; it often drops and requires reboot to reconnect.

Pixels are starting to show problems too after 1 year. I open up menu setting and the screen starts going fuzzy static everywhere now. 2/10 for a wayyy too expensive rv

The worse crime is the “magic” remote. The cursor turns on every time I use the remote and randomly selects apps. There’s no way to opt out of the cursor. Every time I turn the tv on, a bunch of pop ups show up asking me if I want some LG apps or updates. I was supposed to receive a $100 gift card rebate from Best Buy and after waiting months I received an email saying it was canceled because they couldn’t reach me by email. Such a rip off.
