    I had the pleasure of working with Micaela as part of my purchasing process. She is very knowledgeable and made sure that all my questions were answered before I left the store. I was at the store 4 different times to find the right TV for my home. Not one rep had the expertise that Micaela has.

    There are no complaints, the TV looks great, it works great, the magic remote is fun to use. The only problem is the sound quality, but I dont think any TV these days has fantastic sound quality.
