HORRIBLE MISINFO! THEY HAVE NO CLUE TO WHAT AGGRAVATION YOU WILL GO THRU-OUR FIRST TWO DAYS!!! AS SEEN FROM A LYING/SITTING DOWN IN BED POSITION the soundbar COVERS the red receiver lite so that you have to raise your arm/remote 4 feet or more to get the signal/remote to TV set. OVER the soundbar! Otherwise NO function. We have had geek squad out twice-you have to build your own solution to raise the screen. Bad deal, we are ready to demand remedy from them.

The salesman gave great consultation that convinced us that the LG was the best in the store and we think he was right. The Geek Squad installer was also great - courteous, competent and helpful! Bottom line is that we are very satisfied!

I have last year's LG OLED C8 in my living room, and the B9 looks just as incredible. I can't tell the difference between the two. I am very happy with my LG OLED purchases so far. The blacks are perfect, and the colors are very rich.
