Installers were not adequate

Great TV! Terrible Customer Service

Rep said I could return tv and exchange product if I didn’t like the tv. After a few days decided I wanted to go ahead and get the C9 but they were still out of stock and I live an hour and a half away. They said I would have to bring the original tv in. Exchange and pay the $200 difference drive back home, wait till it comes in then drive back and get the tv then back home. That’s four and a half hours driving and all they have to do is order a tv in advance they said they couldn’t cause they were afraid they would be stuck with the tv, at a TV store. Oh and they could deliver it to my household...... for another $200. Going to return this and purchase from another vendor who will actually work with a customer.

Within the past few months it started flickering/ flashing on a routine basis. between it being out of Best Buy's return period and LG's warranty period, I was left to trouble shoot with the store staff. Upon several new HDMI cables and tests later, the problem persists. I suggest looking into other brands/ reading more reviews before purchasing this high-ticket OLED

Screen Issues 1 Year after Purchase

Unfortunately, the warranty is only a year and this is not covered. Have never had an issue like this with any TV I've purchased in the past 10 years. How is it that the product only lasts a year? Would recommend a Samsung. Bought one 11 years ago and the screen still has no issues.

Not Sure What the Hype Is

I went beyond my budget for a TV because I was reading some of the reviews it had, but I regret having done that. Returned because it is FAR over priced for how good the picture was. Just get a 4k TV that is cheaper, it'll be much more worth it.

Open box fail

It was described as excellent condition which means it would come with packing materials. It did not come with packing materials and I did not feel like I could transport it home safely. I returned it as soon as it was brought from the back of the store

Broken line of pixels in first month

I've had the TV less than a month. Best Buy keeps hanging up on me when I call to return or exchange it. If they keep this up for a few more days I'll be out of the 30 day window for returns / exchanges. Not cool.
