I like it, my family like it, so it is a good product.

Good TV. Easy to set up. I wish the sound would stay the same during commercials. Haven’t found a TV to do that yet. Commercials always too loud.

Love the TV but was told remote could do everything but it does not change channels at all with xfinity. Xfinity confirmed this.

So far, everything is great. The only challenge is syncing up the magic remote to turn off our Verizon cable box.

The Orange / Reds arent as on point as sony but there are alot of features and apps onboard

Did'nt come with an instruction booklet therefore it is too difficult to figure out by chance

I love the tv but it's hard figuring out all the stuff the tv can do and trying to do them .

Disappointed in the reflection compared to our Sony Bravia. Only reason we didn’t get that TV again is they weren’t in stock and they couldn’t tell us when they would be.

Bought a new tv and paid to have it installed. Two people showed up and one left soon after arriving. Second person simply could not install it properly by her self.

Bought the B9 TV wanting the C9 but they were out of stock. Rep said I could return tv and exchange product if I didn’t like the tv. After a few days decided I wanted to go ahead and get the C9 but they were still out of stock and I live an hour and a half away. They said I would have to bring the original tv in. Exchange and pay the $200 difference drive back home, wait till it comes in then drive back and get the tv then back home. That’s four and a half hours driving and all they have to do is order a tv in advance they said they couldn’t cause they were afraid they would be stuck with the tv, at a TV store. Oh and they could deliver it to my household...... for another $200. Going to return this and purchase from another vendor who will actually work with a customer.

Bought this OLED when it first came out in August 2019. Within the past few months it started flickering/ flashing on a routine basis. between it being out of Best Buy's return period and LG's warranty period, I was left to trouble shoot with the store staff. Upon several new HDMI cables and tests later, the problem persists. I suggest looking into other brands/ reading more reviews before purchasing this high-ticket OLED

Almost exactly a year after I purchased the TV, a vertical line appeared on the screen. Unfortunately, the warranty is only a year and this is not covered. Have never had an issue like this with any TV I've purchased in the past 10 years. How is it that the product only lasts a year? Would recommend a Samsung. Bought one 11 years ago and the screen still has no issues.

I bought this TV because of the amazing reviews that it had, but honestly, it's not a great picture. I went beyond my budget for a TV because I was reading some of the reviews it had, but I regret having done that. Returned because it is FAR over priced for how good the picture was. Just get a 4k TV that is cheaper, it'll be much more worth it.

Came open box. It was described as excellent condition which means it would come with packing materials. It did not come with packing materials and I did not feel like I could transport it home safely. I returned it as soon as it was brought from the back of the store

There's a white line down the left side of the screen. I've had the TV less than a month. Best Buy keeps hanging up on me when I call to return or exchange it. If they keep this up for a few more days I'll be out of the 30 day window for returns / exchanges. Not cool.
