    Picture is great, but Samsung is MUCH easier to navigate and has MANY more options as far as popular apps (no HBO Max or ESPN available).

    The smart television's operating system is difficult to use. Also, when you turn it on it goes to static both visually and audio-wise. Also, it doesn't currently support HBO Max.

      UPDATE: HBO Max is now available in the LG Content Store and is accessible to TVs with a webOS4.0/4.5/5.0/6.0. ^Daphane LG

    Awesome picture but, neither the Optical Audio or HDMI ARC work with soundbars or surround systems so you lose all of the sound features that come with the TV. Tried three different systems, new plugs etc., unsuccessfully. HDMI ARC will work to turn on the TV and sound bar but absolutely no sound. Also, if you leave the sound bar on HDMI Arc it shuts off the TV when it goes shuts down automatically- how annoying!! Seems to be a common theme when I looked up in the LG community with no fixes I can find.

    Spectacular for movies, sports, gaming and photos. Remote is NOT compatible with Dish Hopper 3. LGE confirmed. That makes for an extremely poor user experience.
