    Tv worked great the first day of installation. The second day after watch 45 minutes of a show it just turned off. Pressed the power button to put tv back on and it would not turn on. Now on the phone with Best Buy to get someone out here to fix it.

    Be careful with open box! Tv works fine, but never specified that it didn’t come with a stand or remote. Customer service was not very friendly because I wanted to look up the cost of both before buying. They seemed annoyed and one of the employees said “ Well that’s why you never buy open box and you won’t have to deal with this!! “ after driving an hour to get it I just bought it anyway, but the price of the stand and remote really took away from the discounted price!!

    The tv is great! Sound bar sounds decent! Didnt get my free speaker like promised and they advertised.
