This tv has excellent picture quality. But I find the remote layout difficult to operate

It has been 10+ years since I have purchased a new tv, all my televisions are Hitachi and I have had zero issues with all of them. I wanted a 4K as more content is now in 4K so I went to the store and looked at several 4K TVs and when it came to this oled I just had to go with it. I looked around for about 2 weeks trying to wait for BlackFriday sales and unfortunately I was lied to by a sales person. I was told that I would be able to get a price adjustment if it went on sale from my time of purchase until sometime in January. So I purchased the tv and 1 week later it went on sale $100 cheaper. I tried to get my adjustment and was told that it is not allowed from BlackFriday to cyber Monday. Aside from that issue I really have to go watch a different tv to see the difference. Watching on one of my old 1080 TVs I can really see the difference and am very pleased with my purchase.

The best tv I ever owned people talk about the CX but this is a better deal same tv less the price only difference is there’s not 4 4K 120 hdmis but has everything else been gaming with this with the new ps5 and series x couldn’t be happier

This TV looks and feels amazing. I was amazed when I saw how thin the screen was, like thinner than an iPhone. It runs the PS5 like a dream and I really like the point and click remote. Haven’t had any issues at all. Overall great purchase.

Easy to purchase. Lots of information go help with the decision. Great price. Fast and friendly delivery. They even carried the TV to my basement. Beautiful viewing. There is a lot of new technology in this TV. It will be fun to learn it all.

Very good tv. Had a regular 2015 4KTV from LG which was also very good and still working to this day, decided it was time for an upgrade to an OLED and I’m not disappointed. This tv has great colors and picture, great value for the money.

This is the best Tv in best buy bar nine. You can't get family away from this unit. Best color , best pixels,best all around quality. Thank you best buy for show me what the best brand for your money is. Oled is the best tV ..hands down

So far this television has been great. It is amazing how real the picture looks (movies, etc). Scenes look so natural. Great viewing at angles. Like most TVs, the internal speakers are okay. I have it connected to a soundbar for better sounds.

LG 55” Class BX OLED has a remarkable vivid picture with fun magic remote. Have not noticed any lag and sporting events are viewed at a whole new level. Purchase and delivery from Best Buy couldn’t have been easier. Love our new OLED!

Well you only turn 21 once; ) so i decided that i was gong to buy myself the best gift i could get and i did. The quality of this tv is great however it almost seems to good that it feels unreal. Idk if it's the shows that I'm watching but the acting becomes unbelievable. When they they say the way the director intended, i didn't think they meant you would be watching as if your the director. : /

Excellent picture. Easy to set up. What impressed us the most was the sound on this TV. The surround sound, the bass, it is all exquisite. The salesman said the sound was horrible on all these TVs and that everyone needs to upgrade. We disagree. The sound is the best feature on this tv. Sound bar not necessary.

The OLED TV is great. Sharp picture; fast response time with loading/ watching apps; and many options to get the best out of your TV. Well worth the investment. Oh, 4k enabled video game systems are stunning on this beauty.

Great colors and sound amazing hat you can game without a sound at if needed for late night gaming if you have people sleeping in your place or cranky neighbors all around you. Responsive controller

Great TV, probably the best on the market in many ways. Unfortunately there are also a lot of firmware issues and hardware issues like VRR flickering, issues with max brightness in Game mode currently, and a general bussy experience so far. However, overall image quality combined with features does not get any better. Be careful of burn-in, it can be a real issue!

Why did I wait?! The tv is great I've never seen a picture this nice and video games on my Xbox One X look fantastic. I'm sure that when I'm able to get a Xbox Series X from Best Buy games will look even better!!!!!

Delighted with new LG OLED TV! Upgraded from an 8 year old TV and can’t believe the difference in picture quality, features and sound. The 55” is just the right size for viewing without overwhelming the room.

Overall highly satisfied with this purchase. While the screen may not have the same brightness of say a QLED tv, the colors are much richer. Overall quality of picture is significantly better than its Samsung counterpart.

This is the best TV I've ever owned and it's not even remotely close. It's amazing to use for gaming, watching your favorite teams, or just binging Netflix. I've had it for over a month and it continues to amaze me.
