Amazing picture quality. Deep blacks and bright whites. The sound is better then most TVs though a sound bar or something similar is still a better choice. I bought it as a gaming PC monitor and it's by far the best monitor I've had.

Absolutely thrilled with our 55” LG C2. The color quality is breathtaking, bringing movies and shows to life in a way I never thought possible. The vibrant, rich hues and the deep blacks create an immersive viewing experience. The brightness of this TV is also remarkable. In our well-lit living room with an abundance of natural light, the display remains crystal clear and vivid, without any noticeable glare or loss of detail. It’s also very sleek and light. The panel is impressively thin and the slim design looks so good in my living room. Overall, the LG C2 has exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of incredible color quality, impressive brightness, and the thinness of the TV has transformed our viewing experience. I couldn't be happier with this TV and I highly recommend it.

We purchased the 55" variant of the C2 a couple months ago, and we have absolutely loved every second of it. We upgraded our bedroom tv from a 5 year old Sony Bravia 4k, and while this is certainly overkill for a bedroom, we wouldn't dare look back. It's incredibly light-weight, very bright, and the OLED picture quality really is revolutionary if you've never experienced it. We love it so much that I'm considering buying a second 55" to mount in my office for mixed TV / PC usage for both work and personal tasks. If you have the financial freedom, and you are on the fence, I REALLY recommend just taking the leap and grabbing it. In all fairness, with BB's generous return policy (especially if you have Total Tech), you can always take it back if you aren't satisfied. I will say, however, that I genuinely don't believe you won't be happy with it.

Last year my parents were in the market for a new television so I talked them into buying a 55” LG a1 and it had been a decade since they splurged on a new television. We were so blown away by the oled’s crisp picture. Since then I have moved out and have a home of my own and after squinting at a 42” insignia in a extremely bright room for 6 months we decided to splurge as well. I notice a little bit better brightness wirh the c2 over the A1 but I’m no expert and to be honest they are both incredibly good tv’s. The OS on the c2 is a little more snappy and doesn’t take as long to load. The brightness of the C2 is where it really shines, the room it’s in is loaded with sunlight and windows, turn eco mode off in the settings and it’s perfect! Overall I highly recommend the c2 for the price it can be had for now in q1 2023. Pair it with a quality LG sound bar and subwoofer and you won’t be disappointed!

The LG C2 is a gorgeous tv with a ton of high tech features. It provides a brilliant 4K OLED picture rivaled by few. It stands alone as an amazing gaming tv for both console and pc use. I use mine with a high-end gaming PC for amazing 4K gaming up to 120fps. It looks great no matter what frames I’m getting because of the VRR (variable refresh rate) and 1ms response time. It’s amazing for fast paced shooters that require low latency for the most visceral combat, but when you want to slow down and take in the beauty of something like Red Dead Redemption 2…….it looks better than any tv I’ve ever experienced. They finally did away with the ads covering the screen when you power it on and the Home menu is snappy and clean. All in all I couldn’t ask for a better experience for my gaming, movies, and college classes. Productivity or fun, it’s all good here.

Its a 5 star TV all around, this one replaced my exact same LG with the first processor (never buy the first version of anything) that started losing pixels and colors. I loved theTV so decided why not just go with the newest processor. This tv is markedly better that the OG version too. Crisper, brighter, better sound, better 4k quality... I dont use the LG interface much as I have other options (fire, etc) but it is pretty intuitive from what I have used. My ONLY complaint is the remote is not as good and the setup isn't as simplified for getting to and from other devices. Small detail as far as I'm concerned. Also the remote has a frequency that is the same as a directTV on my other tv which isn't ideal.

Having owned a variety of HD TV brands and technologies i can say that LG has set themselves apart in the C2 model. I never bought into the hype of OLED, even after several visits to Best Buy to stare and compare for my next TV purchase. Ultimately i ended up making this purchase based on reviews, and some blind faith and I couldnt be more thrilled with the quality of the image this LG OLED gives me!! The bezel is nearly invisible in this slim design and it looks immaculate hanging in the wall. Ive been nonstop streaming 4k UHD content with Dolby Vision and ATMOS and the experience is surreal. Blue free, smooth, lifelike images that I was not expecting to see!! You cannot go wrong with this TV and i am even considering getting the same model 65 inch version!

The LG OLED evo has a marvelous picture. Everything from movies to sports is so vibrant and colorful, and we are totally happy with the television itself, thus the five stars. The remote is another story. The Geek Squad techs set up the TV and programmed the remote. I don't think we could have managed this on our own. The physical remote is not easy to use. The buttons are too small and too close together to avoid hitting the wrong one too often. With the LG programming and a live-streaming device, navigation can be frustrating at times, to say the least. We would be happy to recommend the television, but the remote could definitely use some improvements.

Tv Is sharp, bright, accurate colors, and has a nice anti reflctive screen. Unfortunately , there seems to be some issues with the game mode. Even though it has good response times with input lag on modern consoles, it does have issues with playing old school games with a 4:3 aspect ratio. Youtuber My Life In Gaming has covered this issue very extensively if interested. Hopefully these issues are addressed in the future. Gaming on PS5 and Xbox Series is no issue otherwise. Worth the buy.

The picture quality of this TV is absolutely amazing. This TV has the blackest blacks that I have ever seen, crisp bright color and absolutely no pixelating in dark scenes with heavy shadows or bright areas on a dark screen. I am comparing this TV to my 82" Samsung Q90R and I strongly think this picture quality is better than my Q90R. I put it in my master bedroom for my wife to watch while I game on the Q90R and I am now jealous of her TV.

Awesome TV. On sale for $650 off the original price, so I jumped on it. I've always wanted an OLED TV, but they were expensive, but the prices have been coming down. I opted for the C2 since the C1s are no longer available. Crisp screen, colors, blacks, whites, everything looks great. Dolby Vision and HDR make games and movies look sweet. You can make various customizations to the settings to your liking. I would suggest going on sites like rtings.com to review their suggested calibration settings.

We bought our LG OLEDC255PUA in October of 2022. This is our first LG TV and it has a GREAT picture, but… There is one super annoying issue that drops the rating by a couple of stars. The “Magic Remote” has an onscreen cursor pointer that can’t be disabled. There is also a 4-way arrow rocker button on the remote that allows on screen focus to move in the usual way. Some people like the cursor pointer which allows selections to be done in a speedier manor. Others HATE it! We are in that second group. I took a fair amount of time on this issue, dealing with LG support and looking up reference on the internet resulting in no joy. The cursor ALWAYS comes back. If the remote is moved or bumped while watching a show, the motion sensor in the remote throws the stupid cursor pointer and accompanying menu up on the screen. It will go away on its own, but it takes a while. We also find it a bit difficult to control the position of the cursor on the screen. Unlike a mouse or track pad on a computer that allows you to steady your movement on a physical surface, the magic remote is moved in mid air. On the whole, the feature degrades the viewing experience. We find these issues annoying, but what’s REALLY annoying is that LG (in their infinite corporate wisdom) does not allow it to be disabled. I’m not a software engineer, but it seems like a simple WebOS code update that allows the cursor to be switched off would thrill a LOT of LG owners and stem the tide of negative chatter on the internet. We also have a 2021 Sony Bravia OLED which uses Google (previously Android) O.S. It also has a GREAT picture, but no annoying cursor. I wish we would have bought a second Sony. I’m starting to realize that the features of a smart TV OS might actually be more important than most other points of TV brand comparison. Even minute differences in picture quality!

The LG OLED C2 is a remarkable addition to the LG OLED TV lineup, offering stunning clarity that is perhaps its most lauded feature. With its OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diodes) technology, each individual pixel emits its own light, allowing for incredibly deep blacks and vibrant colors. This results in an almost lifelike visual experience, where every detail is sharply delineated. The C2 is equipped with a 4K resolution, which means you get four times the pixels of Full HD, enhancing the clarity even further. Whether you're watching a high-action sports event, streaming your favorite shows, or playing video games, the images are crisp, clean, and incredibly fluid. Motion blur is virtually nonexistent, thanks to the TV's high refresh rates and advanced motion processing technology. The clarity of the OLED C2 also extends to its upscaling capabilities. Even if you're watching content that isn't in 4K, the C2 does an excellent job of sharpening and enhancing the image to near-4K quality. Textures are richer, contours are more defined, and the overall picture is just brighter and more vivid. Of course, clarity isn't just about the visual elements; the C2 also offers clear and immersive audio, courtesy of its Dolby Atmos integration. Sound seems to flow all around you, matching the on-screen action with remarkable accuracy. The smart TV interface is user-friendly, and accessing streaming services or connecting your devices is a breeze, allowing for a clear and straightforward user experience. Overall, the LG OLED C2 Smart TV is a standout product when it comes to delivering crystal-clear visuals and an immersive experience. Its high resolution, brilliant color reproduction, and superior upscaling make it one of the clearest choices for consumers looking for top-tier picture quality.

The TV is fantastic. I bought an open box set that simply arrived in bad packaging. I was looking at a TCL 6 Series or Hisense U8H but when arriving at the store, the sales associate mentioned the C2. In the end, it made sense to pay a couple hundred dollars more to go with the C2. I went to pick it up the next day and the associate that loaded it in my vehicle neglected to include the TV remote. I got around to setting it up a few days later during Superbowl weekend and discovered the lack of a remote. That kept me from watching the Superbowl because the TV required the remote for setup. I called the store which transfers to a call center and that associate obviously could do nothing but make a ticket to alert the store. I never did get contacted and just ended up taking off work so I could get to Indy to figure out the remote situation. Fortunately, the associate I dealt with did find a remote to use. It wasn't the original evidenced by the fingerprints and crud all over it but I did atleast get the remote enabling me to actually use the TV. That's why I rate it 3 stars. The TV itself is wonderful and totally deserving of 5 stars but I have to consider the sales experience too. For some context, I was upgrading from a midrange Samsung from 2018 (Q6FN). This TV blows it away in every way (as it should.) The difference in OLED vs anything else is real, noticeable at all times, and worth the extra money if you are able. I don't do Blu Rays so I can't comment there but streaming has been great. I use the newest 4k Chromecast which is comparable with Dolby Vision...its never looked better. Take it from a long time gamer that just made the upgrade...you are missing out without OLED in your life. I'd suggest waiting for BF or the Superbowl to buy though...that will bring significant savings. I'm a PS5 gamer and it's absolutely stunning on the C2. It's got a really, really fleshed out Gaming Mode that is the best I've seen. I don't know this factually but I've read that the C2 is one of just a small handful of sets that can do DV in 120hz. My understanding is that with most sets, the high frame rate/performance mode disables DV but with the C2, it works. Thats pretty big for gamers. I'd also suggest making sure the store includes the remote if buying open box...that shouldn't be an issue but I would have saved myself a day of work, a trip to Indy, and being able to enjoy the Superbowl if I had just checked. Just to reiterate, the TV is wonderful and absolutely deserving of 5 stars. The sales experience is why I chose 3 stars.

Incredible TV. Had it for almost a year now and i hardcore game on it and still no burn-in. The picture quality is amazingly sharp and clear. Unlike any tv I have seen. The grey scale is also incredible with very little dirty screen. The picture is under saturated tho and not as life like as a QD Oled but it’s still worth it if your a gamer and watch a lot of Dolby vision content. Games are very vivid and saturation and look really good overall. I would highly recommend.

Came from a Pioneer Elite Pro 150-FD that was professionally calibrated several times over the years. Had a great run with that TV for over a decade but the luminosity was long gone and further calibrations could not compensate, not to mention the price of parts was increasing at 10 times the inflation rate. Points of mentioning this is that I am picky about the visual and motion aspects of the screens that I watch and it was past time to move on. Looked at the newest offerings from Sony, LG and Samsung. The LG OLED seemed the most worthy replacement, particularly as LG mentioned the C2 was brighter than the previous C1 version. Considered the new Sony and Samsung technologies too, but didn't want to be a beta tester this year. Lots of pros for this TV: Very pleased with the LGs color saturation and all the bells and whistles of it's smart aspects (runs great off a 5 or 6 gHz network with no cable connection required for 4K, no boxes required to hang from it to get other services), good viewing angles, etc. As with most OLEDS, LG has produced a TV with great blacks (where OLEDs excel), with the bonus of blacks that don't crush much and decent motion interpolation out of the box. The one con is that it has some issues in very bright rooms. For example, watched the movie, "Emergency", in a somewhat bright (no direct sun) room that has some large widows. There was no glare but the picture was so dark in some scenes that it was tough to follow the action. If you watch in a moderately bright to bright room, be sure to turn off some of the "nannies" that darken the image after 5 minutes to conserve power, etc. Sound is okay out of the box but, if you want better sound, add external sound bar or a HT and it will be a notable upgrade. In summary, other than the issue of dark scenes in a bright room, very pleased with this purchase.
