    The picture/color is great. Installation and connection with our sonos soundbar seamless. There is a big downside for us that apparently webOS is not compatible with the ESPN app. Had we not already mounted the soundbar to our TV and mounted the TV on our wall, we most likely would have returned it. Huge inconvenience to have to connect another streaming device or cast to the tv from something else for channel as major as ESPN.

    Major disappointment. Hard to believe this is the highest rated TV in this price range. All auto-picture settings produce grossly over-driven colors. People's faces look orange. Everything else looks like a cartoon. Some bright red objects even pulsate in brightness. I've read that this might improve after a few hundred hours of use. If that's the case, I'd gladly pay extra to have the manufacturer burn them in at the factory. The remote is poorly designed, that center scroll button is horrible. In the dark, the buttons all feel similar, indistinguishable from each other. This TV was not designed to watch TV, it was designed to show you ads and sell you streaming services. Buried deep in the menu is a setting that disables some of those ads. Opt out of delivery and setup, you'll need to re-do the rushed setup yourself anyway. I wish I'd kept my 13 year old plasma, even though the top inch of the screen was dead.

    It took installation and another visit to get us to begin to enjoy our new TV. We have had to get a new box and a new router for it and it just seems like a big hassle just to sit down and watch TV
