Very bad experience for over thousand dollars TV

The TV does not have the cover piece on the back and no any instruction for assembly so I have to look on youtube for it. I know I have a right to return it BUT because that is not big deal and I don't want' to bring it to back and forth

Worst tv experience of my life

Looked beautiful until I got up this morning and it wouldn't turn on. Nothing works it's a paper weight. One week out of the returnable time with Best Buy this thing stopped working. LG says 3 to 5 business days for a repair company to come fix it. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AN LG AGAIN. I have a Samsung that had lasted close to 15 years and the tv I replaced this LG with is a Sony that has lasted 10 years or more.

Pop-up ads while watching the TV.

But I don't think I could ever recommend this product to anyone because of the inability to disable popup ads when using the TV. You will randomly get notification bubbles on the screen trying to sell you stuff and the only way to disable them is to disconnect the TV from the Internet which prevents you from getting necessary software updates.

Posted .You have the ability to turn off the ads on your screen. Go to Settings (gear icon) > All Settings > General > Additional Settings > Home Settings > then turn off Home Auto Launch, Home Promotion, and Home Animation, and then you do not have to worry about pop-up ads. ^Jennifer

An Expensive Paperweight

I needed to send it to a service center that wanted to charge $400 to fix it. I have a $500 TV that lasted me 10-plus years without issues and I finally splurged on a premium TV and this is what I get. Lesson learned.

DO NOT BUY THIS TV

Less than 6 months and it just died as I was watching it. No power at all. LG customer service is awful. You can’t talk to anyone, only texting with a live chat that won’t listen and only ask you questions the uniform troubleshooting questions…over and over. I will never purchase LG again as long as I live. Let’s see how long it takes to get a service scheduled since it is under manufacturers warranty. Booooo LG!

HELP PLEASE

(has never worked) It should provide sound to my hearing aids but it doesn't. As a result I can't understand the audio. I contacted LG and they said they would fix the problem. They have not and that was about 3 week ago. As a result my nice new TV does not work for me.

Not Satisfied

Calling regarding remote that was to difficult to use. Finally, after over an hour on the phone I was directed to site where I had to purchase it. I should not be charged for it. Also, charging me extra to mount the tv that you just put a mount off is gouging your customer. What happened to do the right thing. I’m very disappointed. Why I bought extra sevices is a joke.

LG-55" C2 Series. No good

Stopped working October 1 2024 (3 months past warranty) Tv tech said it's the Panel (Screen) Will cost a fortune to fix. Not worth it. Never Again
