NO PICTURE and only 10 Months old

Beautiful picture but at only 10 months old THE TV WON'T TURN ON and needs a new control panel. After endless hours on with tech support still waiting for a call from repair team to call me back for an appointment. How long this will take one only knows!!!! So frustrating... Hate being without the tv and insane that it died in such a short time. Obviously very poorly made...

Picture Went Bad After Just 2 Years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We loved the tv but after just two years, it was purchased in August 2020, the display went bad and now the picture has horizontal lines across the whole tv. It should not go bad after just two years. We don't even watch a lot of tv. The warranty is for just one year. We are very disappointed in this product.

Warning, keep an eye on your warranty information

I’ve had this tv for 3 weeks. Working through support to try and repair or replace but seems there may be hardware quality issues.

Limited avialable apps to install. Do NOT Buy.

Total defeats the purpose of a smart TV. I have a Sony as well and it's 100 times better than this TV. I wish I could take this back.
