Picture quality is excellent!! Highly recommended this TV

Not real happy about my purchase experience with Best Buy. Only suggestion would be to check your open box items more carefully so that if you indicate that it is “excellent “, that is the case. My open box LG C 4 was missing the antenna input. Looks like it was broken off. Best Buy’s inspectors should have caught the obvious problem. I ended up having to purchase replacement TV at retail. This situation cost me time and more money. Best Buy didn’t give me any discount for time/money spent in

this is impressive tv that has true black color with amazing brightness. We love its gyroscope remote with pointer, and quick response of the menu. Totally recommend

This OLED TV is everything you would expect from LG. Great clarity and features. It has a compatible sound bar... but if you have to use an optical cable for sound, please note the TV's Magic Remote will not control the Sound Bar... a real disappointment.

excellent picture, does have a minimal lag during gaming and have had to restart a couple times when using streaming apps downloaded onto the TV. The built in voice control pops up randomly every now and then but not enough for me to care. All in all a good purchase.

I was hoping paying the extra money for this higher tech TV would be more noticeable. Our last LG Web TV looks as good as the new higher tech one that I paid a lot for. I guess you have to put better programming through the TV to notice the difference. I’m just hoping it last as long as the old one has. You definitely need a sound bar with the TV.

Screen size is a notch larger than 50 inch which we really love!!! Great everything with this model and screen size for sure
