    Best TV I’ve ever owned! Has a great picture and the sound is out of this world! I love to watch things in 4K and this tv is up to the challenge!

    LG oled C4 is bang for the buck but Sony oled has better motion processing for better pictures.

    purchased on March 9, 2025. Beautiful colors, could not have been happier. April 9, 2025 (30 days) it just stopped working. Will not come on, though indicator light in front of TV just keeps blinking and blinking. Called BBuy and I was told that it was not refundable because I only have 15 days to return it. LG Warranty is C_ _ P. The closest repair center is 2 hrs. from me. and they will not come and fix it. And all LG keeps telling me is that they have 7 - 10 business days to decide what to do. This is really great service on an LG TV $1400.

      It sounds like the blinking indicator light might be pointing to a power or internal connection issue. A simple fix you could try is unplugging the TV from the wall for about 10 minutes and then plugging it back in. Sometimes that little reset can help clear up any minor software or hardware hiccups.

    Brandon installed the TV with no difficulty. His knowledge allowed him to note that the Samsung Sound Bar did not synch with the LG TV. He noted the absence of a full sound that normally is a characteristic of Sound Bars. He advised me of the sound inferiority and asked what I wanted to do going forward. I opted to replace the sound Bar. Thank You. Brandon

    Excellent tv for gaming and watching movies. Easy to navigate lots of hdmi ports and I believe two usb ports love this tv

    This is my first Oled TV. I just got it set up and am finding there's a lot to learn! I chose LG because I like their Magic Remote Control. So far, I'm happy with everything with the exception of skin tones. It looks like almost everyone has jaundice. If I can't get this corrected I'll return it for a Sony. I chose Yes for, "Would you recommend this item?" only because they don't have the option, "Not sure yet".

    So far the best TV I ever bought. Would have liked a little bit larger TV, the living room just wouldn't support it. Great help from the staff. The Sono's sound system was a bonus that day. The set up Guy was an excellent go getter. Explanations were very understanding. I will be back.

    We’ve had this TV exactly 3 months and it keeps not working with our streaming. And we know the internet is not the issue since our two other TV’s and other devices connected are working fine and we never had this issue with our old TV. This is ridiculous after spending over 1K on an AI TV that all of our streaming services keep saying they can’t play. Don’t waste your money. Picture quality is good, although it makes some shows look like crap no matter what setting you put it on. Sound without a sound at is good. But what does that matter if you can’t play anything??? It is also not anti-glare as advertised.

      Hi there, Tess. We understand your frustration with the streaming issues on your LG OLED55C4PUA TV. Since the issue seems isolated to your TV, we recommend checking for any software updates on the unit to ensure it’s running the latest firmware. You can go to Settings > All Settings > General > About this TV and check for updates.

      Additionally, for the streaming issue, try restarting the TV and your router, as it can sometimes help with connectivity. If possible, test connecting the TV with a wired connection to your router for more stable streaming.

      As for the anti-glare feature, OLED panels have a natural glossy finish that may still reflect ambient light, especially in bright rooms. We recommend adjusting your viewing environment or experimenting with the TV's picture settings to optimize the experience.

    The TV was great, but the service was abysmal. I was told that I was going to get a $130 reward for my TV, but they onky gave me $110. They won't make it right so I will never purchase anything there again. They are not a company that stands behind their sales people's claims.

    I purchased this TV and the picture quality is pretty good. When you’re watching from a certain distance, it is really hard to see the picture clearly. I also had an issue with the TV within a year of the manufacturers warranty and they were not willing to cover it. Good thing that I did buy the best by geek squad extended warranty. I am very disappointed with LG and this will be my last item in this brand that I ever purchase.
