    Picture quality excellent, sound quality OK (on it's own). Center stand is rugged, and stable. Nice ergonomic remote.

    Worst user interface ive ever experienced, so many pop ups asking to “optimize” my settings when i already have it set up the way i want. Cant get rid of the constant “voice user agreement” pop unless i agree to it…thanks really helps with the immersion of my show. Excellent colors…let me just put another pop up right here…thanks LG

    No HDMI cable to hook up to cable tv provider box

    Haven't received my 55" LG OLED c4 yet, but Best Buy Chat Support tells me it does not come with an HDMI cable to connect to my cable tv provider. Why not? How else to connect?

    We bought this tv (2022 model) when we moved. It was great at first, but then started having issues. Just recently it completely stopped worked. I looked up smart tv repair in my area, and even those reviews were mostly talking about the LG OLED tvs. Turns out the power board is completely shot. I would have thought a tv that was upwards of $1,300 would lasted longer than a few years. Never going with LG again.

      Hi there, PatriciaW. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand how concerning it is when your LG OLED TV (OLED55C4PUA) stops functioning. Power-related issues can sometimes be resolved by unplugging the TV for about 5 minutes and then plugging it directly into a wall outlet to rule out any power fluctuations.
