Great picture quality, phone remote app, ease of use. Only thing that i dislike is the asking for permissions to record me, take usuage data, etc feels intrusive.

Great OLED when on sale!

Bought it on sale when the B4 55" was more expensive so i went with the C4 instead.It may not be that noticeable to most people but the picture is clearer and it runs smoother.

Excellent, but jiggles occasionally

The color is excellent. That said, a minor inconsistency in picture quality has been noticed -- certain fabric patterns (i.e., clothing, furniture) will jiggle. Sometimes it's an entire object. Will continue to monitor.

Love this tv!

Not a happy Best Buy Customer!

Only suggestion would be to check your open box items more carefully so that if you indicate that it is “excellent “, that is the case. My open box LG C 4 was missing the antenna input. Looks like it was broken off. Best Buy’s inspectors should have caught the obvious problem. I ended up having to purchase replacement TV at retail. This situation cost me time and more money. Best Buy didn’t give me any discount for time/money spent in
