I am concerned about a noise that is coming from the sound bar when I change channels. It does not happen on all channels but I am concerned as it sounds like an electrical crackling. I have already responded to another survey with this issue.

My curved OLED lasted me a good 10 years of service. I thought about the G5, but when considering my needs and the value of the C5, this TV wins hands down. Unless you MUST have insane amounts of brightness and want to spend $700 more for the G series, this C5 is probably all you need to have an amazing TV set for experience at home. Just buy a soundbar though.

Returned it for a Roku Pro series though. We could not stand the LG interface and UI. Massive ads on the screen and the AI function likes recommending adult content.

Based on official LG resources, you can customize your interface by navigating to Settings > General > System > Additional Settings > Home Settings, where you can disable Home Promotion and Content Recommendations to reduce ads and suggestions.
