We were going from a 15 year old tv to a LG OLED C5. 15 years of technology change and upgrades make a big difference. The picture quality is unbelievable, clear ,color true. The LG has hundreds of channels to choose to add to any streaming services you may want subscribe to. We would recommend this LG.

This is the best picture I've seen on a TV. I am retirement age and miss remote controls that have numbers on them to enter the channel I want is my only complaint.

Ordering was easy. item was ready to go upon arrival and the picture is terrific. I only wish I had the space for a larger screen. a sound bar makes a world of difference though.

I am very happy with the picture quality. The color brightness is excellent even in a bright sunlit room. The installers were professional and answered all my questions capably. I recommend Best Buy for service, pricing and availability.

The picture and sounds from this TV are amazing. The options that come with the setup make it real easy to use.

We recently purchased a LG OLED evo AI TV and I am amazed at how clear the picture is. It probably has more features than I will ever use but they are there if and when I want to use them. MJW

I've had an LG TV for 16 years so when it was time to get a new one, the choice for me was another LG. The picture quality is great! I strongly recommend spending the extra $ for the best quality available.

This is our second LG OLED television. Besides having an amazing video, the audio is excellent. Many smart TVs require a sound box for improved audio, but this one doesn't. My only complaint was the audio instructor. His voice was the most irritating voice I've ever heard, and he spoke so fast you couldn't understand him. Fortunately, there is a way to turn him off, and we did. Other than that, set up was quick and easy, and we've been enjoying this smart TV every day since we brought it home.

The picture quality is nice but I don’t really use AI. One thing that I didn’t like about it was you have to subscribe to use LG gallery pictures!

This one of the best TV's we have ever purchased. The white and black are crisp. The colors on the screen are so fluorescent. I like to play video games and frame per second (fps) on this tv was really nice; beyond what I thought it would be. When it came to streaming (Netflix, Hulu, HBO max, etc.) the visuals were beautiful; especially in 4k.

As good as everyone says it is. Using it as a PC monitor and PS5 monitor. Comes with a stand unlike the G5 series. Perfect blacks, responsivr for fighting games, quick to startup, etc. 55” is too big for most people, get the 42” if its on a desk. I gor the 55” for “story” type games, but for FPS games i wouldt get anything bigger than 42”, which is alreeady too big for most people.

The picture is incredibly sharp and combined with our sound bar its the best choice on buying a new tv with great sound.

Great picture and sound. Added the soundbar and it really places you at the location. Just take a few minutes to adjust to your liking and WOW.

The picture quality is phenomenal if you watch it in HD. I love the automatic features that change depending on what you are watching.
