I love this TV. It provides everything I needed in a TV. I play video fames pretty regularly and this TV really brought games to the next level. Beautiful colors, sharp picture, high refresh rate, VRR and G-Sync support. I am very happy with my purchase

Love the colors and brightness. Interface is way better then what Samsung uses which lagged so much. Only con I could find that it can warm up a room.

The tv itself is a vast improvement over my old one. However it did not come with any kind of owner manual or warranty information; or Best Buy did not include it; or the guys who set it up took it with them. I mentioned it to customer service which offered no solution. I was disappointed with that lack of customer care. I should not have to look on line.

My new LG tv has a very clean and clear picture. It was very easy to set up and use. Love that all the Apps are easy to find.

Great picture quality TV with lots of features. We enjoy the built in speakers more than the Sony sound bar we also have. The sales person was knowledgeable without being pushy. Very good retail experience

The new LG55" TV is the perfect size for my room. This TV replaces the 8 year old LG. The picture quality on this new TV is excellent. It's like i upgraded to 4k. There are more apps than my older LG and moving between apps is easier and faster.

I was truly surprised at the increased detail over my 55 LG QNED. I figured, sure, side by side I would see a minor difference using a good 4k signal, but, after calibrating both, I was able to see a clear difference in quality and detail even when comparing them while walking between different rooms to view them separately.

We were going from a 15 year old tv to a LG OLED C5. 15 years of technology change and upgrades make a big difference. The picture quality is unbelievable, clear ,color true. The LG has hundreds of channels to choose to add to any streaming services you may want subscribe to. We would recommend this LG.

Coming from a LG C4 this TV looks great and has more Brightness. The new smart remote is also nice. Love the fact that you can view two screens at once. I use it for pc gaming and sim racing at 144hz with G Sync and works great!

Great tv works perfectly. Picture quality is out of this world. I love watching nature and space documentaries, and this is fantastic for that! The only thing I would say is there is no dedicated mute button on the remote.

I am very happy with the picture quality. The color brightness is excellent even in a bright sunlit room. The installers were professional and answered all my questions capably. I recommend Best Buy for service, pricing and availability.

Ordering was easy. item was ready to go upon arrival and the picture is terrific. I only wish I had the space for a larger screen. a sound bar makes a world of difference though.

As the title says, I love the television. I don’t like that it went on sale two weeks after I bought it. Just outside of their price-match policy and they refuse to budge. Oh well. I still love the TV. The colors are great and the resolution is amazing. The speakers are a bit tinny but a good soundbar helped that issue.

This is the best picture I've seen on a TV. I am retirement age and miss remote controls that have numbers on them to enter the channel I want is my only complaint.

We recently purchased a LG OLED evo AI TV and I am amazed at how clear the picture is. It probably has more features than I will ever use but they are there if and when I want to use them. MJW
