    I’ve been a fan of LG tvs for years. My curved OLED lasted me a good 10 years of service. I thought about the G5, but when considering my needs and the value of the C5, this TV wins hands down. Unless you MUST have insane amounts of brightness and want to spend $700 more for the G series, this C5 is probably all you need to have an amazing TV set for experience at home. Just buy a soundbar though.

    This is the best picture I've seen on a TV. I am retirement age and miss remote controls that have numbers on them to enter the channel I want is my only complaint.

    Great picture amazing black and bright white. Need some tweaking in settings. Especially with the AI stuff. Controller is a little weird though with the motion pointer.

    The only thing this really has going for it over the CX I upgraded from is the brightness, which is too bright for me. Image quality is basically the same. The VRR flicker in this set is way worse than it was on the CX though.

    The picture is very clear, but I don't see much difference from our LED 55" Samsung. I have not taken advantage of the the 4K capability. I imagine the difference will be experienced at that time.
