It’s very user-friendly in all aspects. We are very happy with our purchase. pajama man who set up the TV were very knowledgeable, very friendly and very accommodating. It’s hard to find that in customer service nowadays.

The LG Remote is a joke and difficult to operate. If you are looking to change settings or move seamlessly from Cable to Apps, forget it. The cursor technology is ridiculous and times out all too frequently; thus making any changes frustrating at best.

Incredibly Sharp Image from 4K UHD Streams

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful picture that is the best I have seen BUT I have noticed lately a couple small indentations in the screen that can reflect the light under certain conditions. It is not a common occurrence so I can live with it. I really wish I had noticed it initially when the TV was set up. The transition to watching Firestick is not as smooth as I would hope but just like in life "you have to take the good with the bad."

Waited 6 days for delivery, I missed a day of work, and BestBuy never reached out to say the delivery was delayed. Called and asked to speak to a supervisor and never got a call back! The TV was finally delivered 4 days late and I missed another day of work! Still waiting for that supervisor to call me. Horrible service. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.
