I have lost my marbles on many occasions trying to find something t o watch only to fumble around with the stupid pointer on the remote, trying to get it out of the way so I can just hit a button and chose something. It is frustrating.

So far I have been enjoying the contrast OLED is able to provide and the extra features that come along with this model. The new controller that allows to hover the cursor is a nice implementation as well. The only thing I don't like is the cheap cable management connectors and how the screws screw into the base. Other than that no issues and no dead pixels!

It is impossible to get connected with anyone at Best Buy through your telephone system. Currently not a happy customer.
