Impressive picture quality. Very bright and vibrant. Sound quality not great but expected with TVs these days.

Our new 55" LG OLED TV replaced an older 49" unit. It is significantly clearer [contrast, blackness of black background] and of course somewhat larger. We are very satisfied with it. We bought an LG soundbar to go with it because our past experience with large TVs in our living room is that "built-in" sound overemphasizes background audio and doesn't provide enough clarity/volume for voices.

We’re very happy with the TV. The picture is excellent. The sound is good. It’s easy to use. Everything about it is just fine. Best Buy installed the TV and set it up, service is excellent and we’re very happy with that as well. The technician was knowledgeable and very helpful.

The picture on this TV is amazing. We upgraded Netflix and HBO MAX to 4K and the picture is crystal clear in all lighting condictions. There are similar TVs that are cost less, but this one is worth the extra money.

Great tv at reasonable pricepoint. I did get the Sonos sound addition and the sound permeates my entire basement. All great. Also geek squad installers were great.

We purchased this floor a bedroom tv and it was recommended for its beautiful picture. We had Best Buy install which was pretty good along with full motion mount. The LG remote is a bit annoying but we mostly use the spectrum remote but need to use LG for apps.

rep provided excellent information allowing us to choose the TV that best fit us. Tv is working great. Setup fairly easy. No complaints.

Amazing quality picture, looks great with color and brightness. Overall LG UI and system navigation is not very good. The pointer system is annoying and inaccurate.

The new LG 55" Class C5 OLED evo 4K UHD TV was purchased as a gift for our oldest daughter and grandkids. Replacing a very old 50" LG TV as the main TV in their home. Everything is better - picture, brightness, clarity, sound, etc. - not to mention the overall technology.

Great picture but unremarkable Remote. How do I mute this thing?

It is hard to imagine how the TV itself could be any better than it is! Beautiful picture, great definition, and the Geek Squad did a super job of setting it up and pairing it with our existing sound bar.

Great picture. Remote is not user friendly. Directions on of box not helpful connecting devices.

Great TV! It’s the perfect size for my one bedroom apartment. It did try to switch on the motion smoothing when trying to watch a 4K disc on PS5 but turning on auto detect filmmaker mode seemed to fix it. Would recommend!

This is an excellent TV - a total standout in the sea of OLED TV’s.

Having to log into every app each time on different TV’s is annoying. The picture and sound bar is great.
