    I cannot review the item directly yet as it has not been delivered or installed. It has been delayed twice, the first time for weather, but the second time because they gave the TV to someone else and didn't have any more. Now, it is suppose to be back in stock as of 1/6, but they refuse to install until 1/14.

    Big fraud on new TVs

    super disappointed, about to take it and throw it to the ground. only 2 months of use and it no longer works $1250 in approximately in the trash. now they make pure TV garbage. I lost my money. apps don't work. It's amazing

    User interface is frustrating even when it is stable which is seldom. Webos is plain awful

    Absolutely Horrible/Lack of Customer Service

    Cancelled order due to poor customer service in trying to coordinate delivery and setup. Absolutely know follow up from store manager as requested. I had to go to the Southridge store to communicate with a live person to get any answers.

    Disappointing Service for a long time customer

    55" LG TV Purchased with a scheduled delivery for 7/11. TV was delivered damaged and I was told that I have to take the time to reschedule another delivery. Multiple calls and delays re: inventory status of TV prevented arranging any delivery via phone. I had to return to store and arrange a new delivery for 7/18. That delivery and install remains a TBD

    World-class upgrade

    Wow. What a difference. Our living room TV was a Panasonic Plasma we've had for 17 years -- so an upgrade seemed due. Actually, overdue. This LG Class C5 is amazing. I didn't fully appreciate it until we watched the opening ceremony of the Milan-Cortina Olympics. As the late Dick Enberg would say: "Oh, my." Now, I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this set. (I was limited to the 55" model because we have TV cabinet with closing doors to protect the TV from direct sun through clerestory windows.) This one was consistently highly rated and I can see why. Sure, a few snobbish reviewers recommended "better" sets that cost about a grand more. Seriously? Do they really believe we could identify a thousand dollars worth of difference if watching the 2 sets side-by-side? Or even know which one was pricier? I suspect the answer is no. One reviewer disliked the speakers and suggested adding a sound bar. The speakers are fine and there's no need for a sound bar (which would probably be out of sync). Do your own research and make the right decision for you. But, for what it's worth, I enthusiastically stand behind my 5-star rating. I'd give it more stars if they were available. Very highly recommended.

    Wow! Best purchase of a 55" TV I have made! Picture quality is great, beautiful OLED screen! Easy to us as the UI is a snap. LG quality is built through and through, and the install, I might add, was the best. I am totally pleased with all aspects and performances from this model!

    The TV has beautiful picture. The colors really pop out at you thanks to the unlimited contrast OLED's have. This is twice as bright as my LG CX OLED, which is a major plus for me.

    Impeccable Image Quality

    The weakest part of the TV is the nonexistent user's manual and somewhat clunky UI. Otherwise, once youve gone online, visited youtube, and engaged in simple "hands on: use, the experience is wild. This is the best image on a television that I've owned in the past 15 years. Stock audio is crisp, with good bass response. The integration with the LG 7.1 Atmos sound bar is flawless. My two-year old Panasonic UHD player is a revelation with this TV. Dolby Vision content pops right out in the detail and color. The initial unboxing requires two people to orient and mount on the cabinet stand, which seems solid. Using the integrated WebOS apps is far more responsive than the cable' company's external set top box. For the price point and features, I am highly satisfied.

    I love this LG tv. Sharp color and sound. Easy to navigate. The installation team that subcontracts with Best Buy was a bit sketchy. One guy reeked of smoke, dirty clothes, gruff attitude, poking around my house. The other guy was pleasant. I think Best Buy could do better.

    A good upgrade TV

    Our new 55" LG OLED TV replaced an older 49" unit. It is significantly clearer [contrast, blackness of black background] and of course somewhat larger. We are very satisfied with it. We bought an LG soundbar to go with it because our past experience with large TVs in our living room is that "built-in" sound overemphasizes background audio and doesn't provide enough clarity/volume for voices.

    We’re very happy with the TV. The picture is excellent. The sound is good. It’s easy to use. Everything about it is just fine. Best Buy installed the TV and set it up, service is excellent and we’re very happy with that as well. The technician was knowledgeable and very helpful.

    The picture on this TV is amazing. We upgraded Netflix and HBO MAX to 4K and the picture is crystal clear in all lighting condictions. There are similar TVs that are cost less, but this one is worth the extra money.

    We purchased this floor a bedroom tv and it was recommended for its beautiful picture. We had Best Buy install which was pretty good along with full motion mount. The LG remote is a bit annoying but we mostly use the spectrum remote but need to use LG for apps.
