1. The sound quality is inferior to our Samsung TVs regardless of the sound setting selected. 2. The LG Remote is a joke and difficult to operate. If you are looking to change settings or move seamlessly from Cable to Apps, forget it. The cursor technology is ridiculous and times out all too frequently; thus making any changes frustrating at best.

I absolutely love this TV. It is my second LG TV. The one thing I absolutely HATE is the removal of the mute button! It is way too hard to mute when you need to.

Love the tv, the picture is great and the sound is clear.

Wonderful tv great quality. Only issue is if you have multiple tvs the controller will turn on and off the tvs so you need to physically turn it on and off yourself.

Has nice picture quality and sounds better. Only challenge is to have the say the news challenge going to all speakers as opposed to center speaker only. May be there is fix for it without looking sound quality while watching music video /movie with its full sound effect.

Awesome picture. Terrible remote - you need to use 2 remotes if you have cable. Very useful Home Screen menu with clear access to the many streaming services.

Absolutely stunning tv, the picture is so crisp, the volume is amazing with the soundbar we purchased. We definitely recommend this TV.

Upgraded from MicroLED and WOW. It has been a huge upgrade in every aspect. If you have been waiting to get an OLED, don't sweat it, just do it!

The image quality is incredibly bright and sharp. The bezel around the screen is very small and makes the image almost edge to edge.

The picture quality is excellent. Deep vivid colors. It's loaded with all the apps I need.
