    Volume is not consistent, comes on very loud even if the sound is turned down when the TV is turned off

    3 stars because first of all the price is very expensive doesn't match with tv experience so that's a - 2 *. Second of all the color gamut is not as wide as Quantum technology and it is very noticeable, I would say 25% less than Quantumdot color. So outdated color like from 5years ago. So that's another -1* and finally the brightness and user interfaces still lagging still not good enough. So that's another -.5*. In conclusion, this TV is way over price and outdated color.

    I thought getting an upgraded version was supposed to be better. I upgraded from the c2, and it had better sound quality, and it didn't randomly freeze up and restart

    Tv shuts itself off

    TV only lasted two weeks before randomly turning itself off when using HDR for a couple hours. Dolby digital setting only lasts 10 minutes before the tv restarts on its own. Also the Hawthorne location of Best Buy was a miserable experience going in to buy the new tv. No customer service, no one helped with anything. The only person I interacted with was when checking out and she was incredibly rude. Best Buy used to be a fun place to go and make your big tech purchases with employees who were knowledgeable and cared about what they were doing. I guess moving forward I’ll stick to getting items delivered.

    Disappointing Service for a long time customer

    55" LG TV Purchased with a scheduled delivery for 7/11. TV was delivered damaged and I was told that I have to take the time to reschedule another delivery. Multiple calls and delays re: inventory status of TV prevented arranging any delivery via phone. I had to return to store and arrange a new delivery for 7/18. That delivery and install remains a TBD

    Amazing quality picture, looks great with color and brightness. Overall LG UI and system navigation is not very good. The pointer system is annoying and inaccurate.

    Best TV I have ever purchased. The picture is amazing, even while watching a TV show from the '60s. Due to being hearing impaired, I added an external speaker, but only because it is cheaper to replace a speaker than it is to replace a TV. No one repairs TVs any longer.

    The image quality is incredibly bright and sharp. The bezel around the screen is very small and makes the image almost edge to edge.
