I've tried 2 "universal" remotes ...no luck. Finally had Geek squad member come today to demonstrate use and add the remote from Roku device. Now all is good and able to relax and enjoy the quality of picture and sound. I was close to returning it all and buying another tv w/ a simple remote.

For work to connect to a pc and for streaming / connect to cable. It’s doesn’t hit the mark as getting sound out of it is a challenge. I’ve had to connect other Bluetooth devices for that purpose. The lack of a remote control is also a challenge if you are watching TV / streaming.
