Bad software update

After updating software to the latest voice activation stopped working with error code E4.
When all of the trouble shooting steps didnt work I contacted LG customer support and was told that they are working on a fix that would take a few days. This tv is less than one month old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Same $1400 TV lasted less than 3 years. So bought 5 year warranty this time.

Purchased in store and then found it on Best Buy website for less 2 weeks later….lower price from 3rd party so price guaranteed is void. If they are going to have 3rd party sellers on their site, it should apply. Have not taken out of box yet, may return.

TV is great! I've owned my LG C2 42" since 2021. I do miss the other remotes; they were far more responsive.
