Great Picture!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3rd times a charm. My search for a new tv started Black Friday week. I purchased an LG Nanocell 8 series. Brought it home, liked the picture but did not love it. Returned it the next day and purchased a Sony 900G. Once again, I liked the picture but did not love it. Returned and and purchased this OLED 9 series. Love the picture quality and the tv speakers. Speakers are very good for a tv now a days. I spent more than I wanted to but am now happy with my selection.

great picture quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture on this tv is excellent!! Mirror image is not available if you have an iPhone not sure about Samsung. It has some good apps wish it had option to add ones like Bravo, NBC, ... but has common ones. It’s a very bright tv but u have the option to put it in save energy mode that reduces the brightness.

Great Picture, awkward operating system.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Great picture, fast interface. Cons: operating system leaves a lot to be desired. If you have an AV receiver, the smart remote is basically useless, as it won't control the receiver; you will need to buy a universal remote. Another disappointment is the app store, it lacks versions of the most android and iOS apps: no HBO, ABC, Fox, NBC. Additionally, the tv doesn't have a built-in chromecast, so to view contents from apps like HBO, you will need to buy the Chromecast Ultra; it is possible to mirror you phone to the tv, but picture and sound quality vary by app. Overall, this is an average tv, I was drawn to it by the price, the Sony A9G is unreasonably expensive, considering it uses LG's panels. Would recommend it to a friend solely for picture quality and price.

Amazing picture
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed you buy a tv because my Pioneer Kuro plasma tv went dark. I had researched OLED TVs and felt it would provide an image similar to my old plasma tv. I can honestly say the picture is amazing with blacks that rival or equal plasma TVs. As expected the sound quality is nothing to write home about so I am using the ARC hdmi port to my AV system and it works well.setup was straightforward and the remote is good however I still use my Harmony remote most of the time. I recommend this tv but plan on getting a soundbar for quality audio.

Best in class TV for gamers
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As one of the only brands to partner with Nvidia to produce a G-sync rated TV set, this is a no brainer for a high-end rig setup. The fact that it has HDMI-2.1 capable sockets is a huge plus as our next gen video cards will finally use this technology, it future proofs the TV for several years. Of course, being an LG OLED means you're already getting on of the best viewing experiences around - and with 120hz on the 1440p setting its ideal for smooth gaming. If you can afford it, it won't disappoint.

The best TV for Xbox One X
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned a TON of TVs. At the time of writing I own 4 HD TVs, 3 4K TVs, and now this OLED TV. I bought this specifically for my Xbox One X which I keep in my office on it's own dedicated pole stand for playing Xbox One and PS4. This is my first OLED TV and I have been very impressed with the deep blacks, the bright vibrant colors and the great remote. The processor is snappy and the TV is incredibly thin. It's a premium TV, so won't fit most people's budget, but if you can afford it, I highly recommend the C9 from LG.

All your content will change for the better
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When the shutdown happened I realized my tv was not cutting it with all the content I was watching. But since my job was gone I knew I had to wait for a good open box deal. Well a month later it came and I don’t regret it. This thing is everything that everyone says it to be. OLED is beautiful. I watched anything I could in 4K HDR just to see what I was missing out on. Now the lock down is happening again and I’m stoked to watch all the Christmas movies on this screen!

The perfect TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this TV because I wanted VRR for my Xbox one X. It completely removed all screen tearing and looks amazing. I’ve always been ocd about haloing and DSE and I haven’t seen one bit of either of these. I am also planning on getting the new Xbox Series X this year and it has hdmi 2.1 support so it’s perfect. The picture quality is the best that I have seen with not one issue to complain about.

What in the world
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never thought I’d see picture this good. Nothing negative to say about it. The OLED perfect blacks, high peak brightness and wide color gamut almost give the picture a 3D effect, you’ve got to see it to believe it. Simple, intuitive and easy to use UI, but extensively complex deep calibration tools if you wanna go there. Gaming features are the best I’ve seen. Out of box calibration very accurate with minimal adjustments to do. Wouldn’t ever want a better TV, because personally I don’t think one exists.

Ultimate Picture Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my third LG OLED. Each one has been an improvement over the last, but the new processor in this C9 has made the biggest difference in improved clarity, color accuracy and image depth. It will be interesting to see how the new Sony G series OLEDs compare, but quite honestly, I don’t see how they could improve on what LG has done with this set.
