Unbelievable TV Outstanding picture quality Operating system and ease-of-use is exceptional I love it

Really good picture quality. Remote controls multiple devices eliminating the need for several others. Like the screen saver.

I bought this to replace a 7 year old Samsung that lost it's ability to connect to our home network. So I did lots of research and decided to buy it and am very happy that I did. Yes it's pricey, but worth every penny. Set up was easy and the apps are good too. I use primarily as a TV of course but I also use it as a media server playing movies, music and TV shows from my home computer upstairs. So far this TV has played every format I've thrown at it and all without a hiccup or even much of a pause. My old set would choke on the data of an mkv file with multiple audio or sub title tracks, not this one. The only caveat IMHO is the remote. I'm used to many buttons and this is streamlined, almost to a fault. It's a very small issue and still would say, "buy it."

this was purchased for my parents after they didn't like the size of the 65" UHD TV. The LG has exceptional color and resolution and a wider viewing angle than the 65". They are thrilled with the clarity of streaming UHD content. It was a bit more expensive than the 65" TV, but suited their needs much better. While my 90+ parents are technophobes, the remote was much more intuitive than the larger TV. The central pedestal also meant that they could use their old TV stand.

This LG OLED tv has an excellent picture full of vibrant and detail. The thin design is perfect for wall mount.

This TV replaced a 20-year-old TV. We are pleased with the beautiful picture and it is user friendly as well.

This TV has an amazing picture quality! Netflix HDR is stunning. I love the ease of using the operating system and am amazed at how easy it is to customize my settings for the viewing experience that works best for me. Also, Apple Airplay works really well when casting from my MacBook Air to the TV - so easy! Especially useful when talking to friends on Zoom or at a web meeting. I use a Nvidia Shield to stream various services and it works great too.

I cannot say enough good things about this television. The picture quality is unmatched with a price that competes very well against the competition. This TV is worth every penny. The colors are incredible and the OLED panel produces a crisp and deep picture. I also play my PS4 and X1X on it and the refresh rate and input delay are some of the best that I have had on a TV.

Sound and picture improved from older OLED models. Like the improved versatility of the Magic Remote.

I purchased this LG C9 OLED TV open box for my bedroom. I upgraded from a Samsung plasma that was no longer functioning. I am very impressed thus far with the deep blacks and screen quality of this OLED TV. webOS is intuitive. Additionally, the TV is very thin and aesthetically appealing. Highly recommended. I purchased the 77” CX for my living room last week at Best Buy due to my experience with this model.

Beautiful picture...almost hyper-real. The image is so vibrant that it seem almost 3D. Pretty simple setup. All my HDMI components automatically identified correctly. The magic remote takes a little getting used to, but otherwise, it seems pretty intuitive. So far, this is the best television that I’ve owned.

Bought this TV based on all the high remarks it received. So far it has not disappointed us. The TV itself is beautiful but it was not cheap. But you pay for quality. The picture quality and the colors are gorgeous. It has a lot of features that my husband loves. It was easy to set up and use. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality television.

Great TV, due to the amazing amount of settings I am still learning how to the best out of it. But, with each new discovery it becomes even better. I spent $1500 on it and I hope that it has, at least, a 8-10yr lifespan. 1 bad thing is my reciever doesn't support 4k, and I have to connect all devices through the TV, and I cannot seem to get the sound thru the hdmi arc to my reciever, only optical output? A little help would be nice. Thanks, E.W.

I had a previous model of the same tv and had an issue. It was a 2017 model and it was the “B” model which is the lesser model than this “C” model. I couldn’t believe the difference in picture quality in just 2 years. It’s amazing. Good luck finding a better picture period. Buy this tv but do yourself a favor and buy the protection plan. It’ll save your butt.

TV has great picture. Setup instruction (4page user manual with just pictures, no words) vague at best. Purchased sound bar, great sound. Called LG customer service, helped some to set up tv & sound bar but virtually no help with trying to setup with Magic Remote. Tried Auto Channel tunning with customer service, they kept saying to call cable company; however, I had been getting the channels okay. Finally got my cable box remote sync with TV And Sound bar. It might have been worth having Best But deliver and setup everything to keep my frustration level low! Everything work okay now but not using the Magic Remote (user manual not user friendly)

I spent a great deal of time researching 55 inch 4K UHD TVs. I concluded that the LG OLED 9c was the best. Best Buy’s $900 discount from the original price made the decision to buy it a no brainer. Picture quality is excellent, apps are great, has all the bells and whistles. The only minor complaint is one identified in other reviews that the remote, while it functions fine, is made of cheap plastic which is surprising given the high quality of the TV.
