Incredible TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is by far the best TV I have ever owned. 4K shows from Netflix & Amazon Video look absolutely gorgeous. If you’re a gamer you will fall more in love with games like Red Dead Redemption, Horizon Zero Dawn, FIFA, etc. It’s expensive, but if you have the cash you will not be disappointed.

So worth it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I have owned a pioneer Elite plasma for 12 years so you can Imagine my anxiety over replacing thIs once it went. The picture is simply vibrant. And a great replacement. The only issue if you call it that is that I am not a fan of the remote and it’s built in screen mouse. Speakers are ok but as with most TVs always room for improvement

One of the best tvs on the market
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally had an LG 55EF9500 but the power supply died in it. I got this as a replacement and it looks even better plus has more apps (Hulu which was removed from the older models, CuriosityStream, and Showtime). Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great viewing experience.

Great TV for users that notice a difference!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You can certainly select a TV that may be less expensive; but the picture images of an LG OLED is noticeably more vibrant and crisper. I watch a lot of golf and can view the little details better. OLED is worth the extra investment.

Great TV. Pretty impressive
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a ton of research and this was the right TV for the spot that I wanted and had the features that I was looking for in a TV. Actually the remote controller does everything. I only have one remote for my cable box, Sonos sound bar and the TV. Takes a little getting use to the roller but after a day or two, it was second nature.

Great Picture
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got this TV as a warranty replacement for a previous year model that had discoloration in the picture. This TV has a great picture and we've enjoyed it so far. I hope that LG has mitigated the causes of the discoloration in this TV as part of their upgrades for this model. The Greenville, NC Geek Squad installation and set up was outstanding.

10/10 Best TV
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the best purchases I have ever made. Love the picture quality and the quality of the TV. The only thing that stinks is that the feature updates have basically stopped and it has moved to more security patches.

Stunning picture
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had all intentions of buying a different TV but the stunning darks of the LG OLED TV called me. The picture really is stunning. Be aware of strong light in the room because the screen is prone to reflection. Closing our blinds do the trick in our bright room. As always, Best Buy salespeople were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great Picture Quality. Limited as a Photo Frame
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I primarily use this as a digital photo frame, so that's primarily what I'll focus on. Quick note on the free TV (Live Plus). This is great for me since I don't have cable programming or other subscription service. However, you must allow tracking of your viewing for advertising. If you opt out of tracking Live Plus will be disabled. The picture quality is outstanding. My only complaint here is that some of the advanced picture settings (e.g., gamma and white balance) have discrete settings rather than being continuously variable. As a consequence, I can get the calibration close to matching my desktop monitor but not exact. I purchased this TV to display my own photos for extended periods, an hour or longer. Regardless if energy saving is turned off, displaying a single fixed image from USB media results in the screen saver kicking in after a very short period (few minutes). Additionally, the built-in slideshow feature has a maximum display time of about 10 seconds per image. Consequently I switched to using an external source to display my images using the HDMI input. If the source material does not change the screen dims after a few minutes. The best workaround solution I could find was to set the external hdmi device (Chromecast) to display a new image every couple of minutes. Basically LG seems to have done everything possible to prevent users from causing screen burn in from displaying a static image for an extended period. FWIW here are the settings that most closely match my calibrated desktop monitor. -Picture Mode Setting: Expert (Bright Room) -Energy Saving: Off -OLED Light: 90 -Contrast: 77 -Brightness: 58 -Color: 46 -Tint: G7 -Dynamic Contrast: Off -Color Gamut: Extended -Gamma 2.4 (which is a bit high but the best available option) -White balance --Color Temperature: Warm2 --Red: 30 -Green: -5 --Blue: -7 In summary, I would recommend the TV unless you want to display a fixed image for more than a few minutes.

Love it!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has been a great TV! We bought it just before the Superbowl so we've had it about a month now. The screen is actually thinner than my phone! It's definitely a smart TV - it tells you how to do everything. It also has controls available on-screen to operate out Xbox and DirecTV box. It's a great TV at a very fair price.

Best display ive ever laid eyes on.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is amazing in every way. I use it for gaming. I'm gaming in 1080p because I don't have a 4K console at the moment, but I can definitely confirm is still looks amazing. I cannot wait for the PS5 to come out so I can actually game in 4K resolution. This TV was worth every penny. You really get what you pay for.

Incredible picture quality!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am just blown away with the quality of the images on this 55" OLED from LG. Even when pairing with my iPhone and watching a youtube video, the picture looks razor sharp. For content that was made for 4K, the picture is just stunning. You can see every whisker on a face, every pore on a nose. Just totally impressive.

||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from a Sony 850XD this is just a game changer, YouTube, Netflix, movies everything just looks sharp and clear, and I barely had to touch the settings, with my old tv I had to kept tweaking it, videogames look much sharper and vivid in here it’s amazing for videogames and hdmi 2.1 future proofs it for future consoles
