We didn't think a picture could get much better than the one on our last TV. Wrong! This TV is so clear & sharp. Love it!

Overall picture is awesome but on the darker side but you have plenty of solutions for that to choose from I happened to like the blacks. I have to admit I hate the remote and guide to get to other Chanel’s it doesn’t response sometimes and switch over. It’s just a dumb guide system I have to switch to my other remote to see better detail and get to the channel I want.

Best tv ever. Looks dramatically better than any lcd tv. I normally never do warranties but I got it for the 5 year burn in protection since I’ll be using it for video games

This TV is by far the best I’ve ever owned. The 4K is amazing and I have it hooked up to my sound bar for a great sound as well! I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking to upgrade their television set

My first OLED TV. The blacks are incredible. The upscaling is surprisingly good in my experience. Going from HD to 4K HDR on this TV is like going from SD to HD.

The incredible picture was expected. That being said, I am also blown away with the fast 4k streaming and the easy to navigate interface. The sound quality is also surprisingly very good in my opinion.

Purchased this tv mostly for gaming. The level of detail is amazing and this is one of the best rated gaming TV's. There are less expensive ones out there, but I'm glad I went with this one!

I am generally very pleased with the LG C9 OLED TV. However, the operating instructions are scattered among very incomplete paper included with the TV, online, and built in to the TV. One comprehensive source referenced right up front in the included documentation would be much better rather than having to search to find what I have been looking for. For example, trying to find out how to set the sound up to initiate Dolby 5.1 sound from external speakers was very time consuming. Also, with 40 W internal speakers, their sound is unexpectedly weak requiring the sound setting to be almost maximum to get reasonable sound volume from them since the TV is mounted and the sound reflecting pedestal is not attached.

I upgraded to the C9 oled from a budget 4K Hisense LCD set I purchased in 2016. The Hisense didn't have a wide color gamut and the HDR was fake. This tv is the optimal way to watch 4K blurays, and streaming content. I also use the tv with my Xbox One X and PS4 Pro. In put lag is very low compared to my old Hisense and the C9 was rated #1 as the best gaming tv on the market by rtings. I am more than happy with it and I hope it lasts me a good 5 years or more. This set should be future proof with next generation game consoles with its hdmi 2.1 functionality. I am not a tech expert on all that so I recommend doing your own research if you're considering buying this for gaming.

This TV has the clearest picture of any TV that I have ever owned and is still not disappointing me after almost a year and a half. I would definitely recommend LG again.

Its a great tv the picture quality is great. Only downside is I havent found a good sound setting so I'm always having to tinker with it to try and get it right. Other than that its great!

Never fell in love with a TV more than this. Unbelievable visuals, low in-put lag. Great gaming 4K in the market. Haven’t had any issues. No dark spots. No inconsistencies. One happy customer!

This LG OLED model is the best you can do currently for the money. I look forward to many hours of TV enjoyment, whether it be content available on DirecTV, or using bluray and 4K quality DVDs.

The picture quality is exactly what you would expect. Amazing. Yes, it's pricey. Very pricey. But, for as many hours as you spend looking at your TV, the cost is worth it. Docked one star for WebOS being clunky (you're gonna want some type of streaming device), and the Gsync black screen issue that's still persistent through multiple firmware and driver updates.

Was hesitant to buy this over the less expensive but so glad I did. The OLED technology is so realistic, makes you feel like characters are in the room with you! I would highly recommend this.

i got this for my replacement of a sony tv. And the picture quality is amazing. i def. recommend this to anyone who wants a 4k tv . The only bad thing about this particular model is the remote.

Let me tell you this TV looks incredible what a great picture I was a little weary of getting permanent burn on the screen but as of yet no issues whatsoever highly recommend this TV

I finally upgraded from a Sony Bravia and I have to say that this has the best picture that I have ever seen on a TV.

Have never seen something that was so clear and brilliant. Upgraded from a 55” plasma and can’t believe the difference in every single tv show and movie. Looks like you truly are there.

beautiful picture, very fast processor. switching between apps is very smooth and quick. input lag is amazing for gaming. you can't go wrong wit this tv. happy customer so far.
