Remote and the apps are complex to setup, and I've setup many smart TV's. LG has always been more difficult. Choice the LG as it has a base that is in the center where Samsung has them at the outside edges and would not fit on our existing TV stand. HBO app is NOT available on LG.

Absolutely one of the best TVs out there

It's beyond that. The colors are beyond vibrant, the fact it has HDMI 2.1 makes it insanely future-proof, and the screen itself... It's something you have to see to believe. Although, if you already have a phone with an OLED screen, just imagine that in the form of a TV, and even better than that. That's how good this screen is. And it's great for gaming too! It's admittedly pretty expensive, but I think it's worth every penny (if found on an ok deal).
