I have had this TV over a month and couldn’t be happier with it. The darkest blacks. Smart features are pretty nice as well. I use an Apple TV 4K with it, and the YouTube app on ATV doesn’t support 4K, so it is nice to be able to use the tv’s YouTube app.

Tv was ordered online. Arrived & was installed 2 days later. Excellent service. Geek Squad were efficient & fun. Good instructions on usage for one “elderly”non- techy lady. Tv is amazing so far!!!

This TV has the best quality on graphics! It’s not very hard to navigate, can add any apps you want. The sales person showed us durability by kicking the display as hard as he could and the TV still worked great, that’s what sold me!

Time less future proof this TV is the best. I was little skeptical about the new technology but it been working like day 1 in over 2 years now. Love it and I would definitely buy it again

This tv is amazing. I got it on sale and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Definitely use the buddy system for assembly and setup as this thing is thin and heavy but man is it worth it!

No bloom, no blocking, no issues whatsoever. Incredibly slim. Not that heavy for a tv this size. The "smart" part of the TV is nothing to set it apart from the rest but the remote works as a pointer and has a scroll wheel, making it easier.

Assembly instructions were inadequate. Definitely requires two people to lift. Cables were easy to hook up. Set up menus were not very clear. Still haven’t found the voice synchronization for the sound bar. All in all, a nice 4K tv.

Much better value than competitors. LG needs to works out some kinks for WebOS though - no DirectTV NOW app, no Spectrum TV app, not able to add non-ThinQ devices (I have Hue light, LIFX) on the Dashboard. Overall, the best TV on the market!!!

So far this LG tv is working great. Still having to learn how it fully functions. Considering its operating system is different from a Sony. But it operates faster than our Sony but that is to be expected with a newer tv.

An upgrade to the ~13YO Plasma. Muh lighter. Runs cooler. A good picture as one would expect.

This display is simply incredible for gaming. This includes very low response times that rival premium gaming monitors, Nvidia G-Sync/Variable Refresh Rate Compatibility, a 120hz refresh rate, and super low input latency.

Having a bit of difficulty managing the remote, since I have misplaced the directions. I keep getting stuck in some function and have had to turn off the TV in order to reboot!! Do you have any extra copies of instructions?

This is my firts OLED display, the contrast ratio and color reproduction is significantly better than the 50 TV s that I have had or used before. The out of the box setup was very easy and fast. I highllly recommend this display.

LG washer and dryer plus LG TV and speakers. They are working as advertised and have found them to perform as expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of equipment or appliances around the house.

When purchasing a new, upgraded 4K UHD TV, the service representative provided excellent service, and objective advice on product quality and price trade-offs. Was not pushy on optional extras, which was great.

This TV is amazing. It has the best color and sound you could ask for.

I did a lot of research before buying this and it hits all of the marks. I'm totally in love with the C9. The only thing that would make it better is maybe choosing the 65 inch model. 100% would recommend.
