    Recent firmware updates are fixing some issues while introducing others. Peak brightness has been reduced. Some popups are not possible to remove. Overall the UI need more customization, but the picture quality is great.

    The process of getting a sale was pushed without explaining a number of matters. To be sure answers were given but so fast and in a manner that you clearly incompetent if you didn’t understand the answer. Then, once the sale was made the checking out took forever.

    Best tv I’ve ever used. I use the IPTV built in all the time, and the Xbox Series X works brilliantly with it. Love this tv
