When I first set it up, the TV would connect to the internet, but none of the apps would work due to "unstable network". After several trips back to Best Buy and hours on the phone with LG, no one could tell me what the problem was. Finally, I discovered on my own that I needed to change my router MTU setting to get it to work. 2. The Roku stick that I had been using works much better for streaming video than what is on the TV.

I went online and found that many have had this problem with LG tv's. I did everything that others tried but nothing stopped it. I have replaced one board but still didn't get it. At some point I will replace the second board and see if that fixes it. The one thing I will give LG, they made it easy to work on but that just suggests you will need to replace stuff on it. I will not recommend this TV to anyone because this on off problem is all across the board for these LG tv's so we went back to Samsung and we love the new Samsung TV because it's leaps ahead than 3-5 years ago.

But the person on sold me the tv is why im taking 2 stars away. Unfortunately i dont remember his name, but he was such a dreadful salesperson. I could tell he wanted nothing to do with me or anyone else because he was like 45 mins away from leaving. Just said what do you want, i told him and he brought it to my car, didnt even help me put it in.

Was notified the day before delivery. It was delivered on time and called before delivery. I will give it all 5 stars if this tv lasts longer than 3 years. The LG 55” magnolia tv I had before this one started getting a large brown spot in the center of the screen.

Gave up trying to fix problem, possibly due to wireless connectivity. Still, very disappointing considering the cost. We are use to it now and just don’t watch lips. Good picture though. Running an Amazon Fire stick with it. Have Netflix and Amazon Prime accts.
