    The tv has a great picture; however, when you go to the apps, they all are greyed out. Not sure if I would ever purchase another one. Sent email on Nov. 10 along with picture to LG and still have yet to receive any info or help

    love the TV but not the sound I have to buy a sound bar so I can hear all the sound not good for what I paid for this TV I hate that I have to buy a sound bar to make it complete if you get what you pay for this should be perfect but it isn't the sound is bad. and I tried every setting.

    people were great. three problems: -television stand did not properly fit in cabinet as expected -getting accurate time installation was lacking. time frame was eight hours 12:00 -8:00 with pressure it was adjusted to 12:00-4:00 -ridiculous that it took weeks just to get it delivered
