    The tv it’s amazing the image it’s out of this world but I placed the tv in my bedroom and now everybody in my house wants to watch tv in my room they say after using this tv they can’t watch their TVs again I have no privacy any more

    Waste of time. I ordered this product for pick up a store out of the area. Took the product home and spent way too much time trying to connect the TV to the defective stand it came with. The piece was the wrong size or there was something wrong with it. We drove it back for a refund and the sales associate offered us a loaner stand that “might be compatible” while he tried to get a replacement stand sent to us. I would then have to drive back to return the stand. No apology for the inconvenience. Instead they tried to sell me a different TV instead for only a mere $1000 more. Wow! No thanks! I got a refund and bought the same TV elsewhere for a better price, free Extended warranty and white glove delivery/assembly. I’ll use Best Buy as a last resort from now on.

    Bought this during Black Friday sale. Last one, it was open box excellent condition. Drove 45 min to pickup only to find a tv without a box, with dents. When asked about the box, was told it’s used not sure what to tell you. Was explained about the various conditions available for used: certified, excellent, satisfactory, etc... This was an “excellent” condition. Remote was really scratched up with loose buttons. I guess anything to make a sale right?

    TV hasn't the picture or sound that a LG TV has

    It is not a LG TV, I had brought and returned because sound went out. As far as Best Buy, I will not buy anything there again, been put on hold for over 30 minutes or hung up on because they can't answer your questions. Tried to buy an extended warranty but nobody knows how to sell it till after 20 minutes only way to do is go in person to store. Going to change my mind about what I have in shopping cart on here and order, the second TV from Costco.

    Bad display after owning for a month

    The TV worked great but just under a month of owning the tv a discolored pixel appeared and that turned into a discolored vertical bar. I have to go through LG to get the tv covered in the Warranty because Best buy only allows like 2 weeks and this was just barely outside that. I'd recommend just buying the tv through LG directly because if anything goes wrong that is who you will need to contact anyway.

    Item shipped dead on arrival, apparently a capacitor issue which is common to this television. TV displays standby light when plugged in, but doesn't turn on, even after attempting all of the internet's unplugging and 15-second power button tricks. Will update this posting when I receive a replacement, if it works. I had to be transferred 7 times on Best Buy's support line just to get it exchanged.

    Don't buy lg oled tv.

    This tv lasted for just over two years and then the panel went bad. The panel costs more the tv to fix it and lg was no help with repairing it they just brushed it off as of if this thing happens all the time.

    It died in less than 2 years. Was in my PC and a solid greens vertical line appeared so I turned the tv off and it never turned on again even after resting the TV as instructed on LG’s website. Since the 1 year warranty is over I am out $2000. I will NEVER purchase a TV from LG ever again.

    Defective, Does not keep settings, as its reverts back within a couple minutes. Cant' even mute or watch any music shows because the volume settings won't stick. We have to keep tuning it every minute or so. This is not what I should be getting after spending $1,500 on a TV. Please help.

    The tv was delivered by 2 very nice and careful associates. I put the tv together and it did not work. After an hour on hold, I finally spoke to someone to have it picked up. I then found out I could not get a replacement because Best Buy was sold out.

    I've always preferred LG's but this TV is disappointing it has a horrible audio sync issue that starts happening every 30 minutes and the audio sync setting is no help the only thing that fixes it is turning off the TV for 10 seconds.

    this tv's picture is AMAZING!!! I love televisions. I play video games, watch movies and stream a lot of video, and it all looks better on this oled. the images that this tv can produce is better in everyway imaginable than any of my previous 11 televisions I've owned over my 39 year old life time. i have had old tube tvs, rear projection tv's to lcd led tv's. this tv will make what you watch look better. I am replaying my ps4 (not ps4 pro) on the lg cx and I feel like I have upgraded to a new game system because the picture quality looks that amazing. The colors just pop and the dark scenes look better on this OLED. These are the same games I have been playing since 2014, and they now look more detailed and colorful because of OLED. i regret not getting the 65 inch size instead of the 55 inch. i bought a 55 lg cx for my bedroom. i now want a bigger OLED to replace the 70 inch vizio led in the living room. this tv will not disappoint anyone. my previous concerns for not buying oled.. was a high price tag. screen burn in and not enough screen brightness. so far there is no burn in, and the screen is brighter than my three other regular led tv's in the house. this tv gets very bright. trust me, this tv will amaze you. good luck on your hunt for the perfect tv. I found it.
