    The tv doesn’t have the capability our salesman implied the tv had! Never thought I wish we had our cable box back.We spent a lot of money for a tv that wasn’t needed.

    tv persistently shuts off for no reason. only option given by LG was to repair depreciating the value of my $2000 purchase

    3 years still looking beautiful with the picture

    I wanted to come back and do a 3 year ownership review. I purchased this OLED for one purpose PS5 and 4K movies only. The picture quality is top notch and the pixel correct automatically runs when you turn of the t.v. i have had no problem with burn in or anything because I dont watch news and sports on it. As long as you use the OLED tv with variety of content you should have it for a while

    $200 Over MSRP Price?

    Someone needs to remind Best Buy they are charging $200 over the MSRP price set by LG which is $1799.99 for the CX 55". The bigger CX 65" model has an MSRP of $2799.99 which is what Best Buy is charging but the 55" they have listed or $1999.99. Perhaps an error with their site, but anyone who paid $1999.99 is paying $200 over what they should have. Just an FYI.....

    this is a great TV! I had a plasma before, that the power stopped working on. it was an LG and lasted 10 years, so it was LG for me again. The color on this is AMAZING! and while it's the same physical size as the plasma, the picture is 55 vs. 50. My old TV was not really smart, so I am amazed at how many options there are on this thing and how easy it is to stream. there are even dedicated buttons for Netflix and Prime on the remote. it was so easy to put together and set up. I am just so happy with my new TV!

    We had this TV since 2021. Phenomenal the colors, blacks, brights, crisp Ness. All the above. Interface everything is perfect. At the time it was LGs flagship TV and pricey, but has proven to be great. It broke once. The powersupply went out. But we had the protection plan and that fixed it. Been great sense

    Issue with audio/lip sync between OLED LG & SONOS

    The best tv on the market right now. I can't say enough about how awesome the picture is; The only drawback that I am experiencing is that I bought a Sonos Beam on recommendation from the Best Buy associate. There is a significant audio/lip sync issue. I wish I had researched the pairing of those two. LG Support is not helpful and just suggests options on the tv that don't fix the issue. They were nice but gave no solution. They have to be aware of it by looking on the web. Even changing a setting to "stereo" and losing the surround sound did not fix it. Sonos can only produce the audio as soon as the tv gets it to the device. LG needs a firmware update to get this fixed. My suggestion would be to makes sure your sound bar and/or sound system are compatible.

    I have had this TV for 3 years now. Everyday I am blown away. I use it mostly for gaming. I play destiny and it has several stagnant images, I have 11k hours with zero burn in. Burn in is a big concern with OLEDs and I can confidently say it should not be a concern.

    The picture on this TV is outstanding. I was a little apprehensive going from a plasma TV to an OLED due to the motion blur. You really have to look hard to see any hint of it. NASCAR was beautiful. Even old movies look great and fill the screen. Sound is very good as well. My only complaints are the instructions for putting together the stand are horrible. The amount this TV costs, LG could have spent another couple of dollars and had real pictures with more detail. Had to watch a video on how to put it together. The power cord is all the way to the left (when facing the rear) and is not long enough if the outlet is on the opposite side as is my case. It should have been placed in the center. All in all, very satisfied.

    OLED is king

    Let me start off by saying I’ve owned many different sets from Plasmas to LED and this is my second LG OLED purchase. I still have my 2016 65” C6 with over 3500 hours. I mostly game on it and have had no burn in issues and it still has a better picture then most of the TVs coming out of 2020. I purchased this 55” CX because of the gaming capabilities with the next gen consoles coming out. In my opinion this is the best tv money can buy at the moment and still could be well into 2021 and as close to perfection you will find.

    The picture quality has been amazing. The sound is okay. I would have given it 5 stars however after only having a tv that we were told would last us much longer for a little over 3 years there is already burn in on the screen. We have always made sure not to leave it on a loading screen or anything that was still however this still happened
