best tv i've ever seen and i've seen a bunch. it's beautiful. i watched the expanse over again because of how amazing this tv made it look. i plan to replace all of my tvs with these and the speakers are dang impressive too. highly recommend. only complaint would be the remote buttons are fragile, my volume down button ripped halfway off and not sure how/when. i'm super careful with my belongings.

Awesome tv definitely worth the money. The picture quality and colors are amazing. Picture quality out of the box was supprizingly good. Tv has lots of features and the menus are easy to navigate. I use this tv for movies and video games and not really worried about burn in. My only complaint is the c1 went onsale three weeks aftet i bought the cx making them about the same price but that's life.

I did a lot of research because I alway buy a TV that will last me a long time. After all the reviews I got the L.G. OLED. The picture was crystal clear, watching movies on it is like being live!!! I did read the reviews about not placing it near direct light. (Read that). I was a little disappointed with the sound, I had to go buy a sound bar. I love all the features about the TV, it’s Super thin, but extra heavy!! Great purchase!!

This is an amazing TV, for playing video games (Horror games especially), viewing movies, and k-pop music videos (Extremely recommend viewing k-pop on this TV, the M/V's look amazing and the colors pop). It's been an over all great experience, i'm extremely glad I got this TV. 55" is also a really nice size. It's not small, but it's not too big either.

I’m so impressed with this tv. Picture, color and contrast, sound and picture modes, and the internal speakers are so loud for tv speakers. The smart 4K up scaling for any video is crazy. Old movies in 1080p are looking so good. This one is the top of the line for 4K 120hz. I got it for the Xbox series X. Been great every time. The magic remote works in some cases with the series X. Didn’t look into it but that’s so cool.

I just upgraded from a Samsung Q70. This Tv is hands above the Samsung. Bright, clear picture and awesome sound. Only complaints I have is this has the Amazon Prime app, but it doesn't support Amazon music, what is up with this? Very inconvenient. Also hate the cursor that pops up all the time, cannot shut it off. Over all I am very happy so far with this TV. Have wanted an OLED since they first came out, finally got one. YEAH

Let's get the bed out of the way first: The magic remote and the pointer on the screen is annoying. Everything else about this TV is excellent. If you read the marketing bullet points, LG achieved everything they have claimed to. This TV has excellent picture quality with beautiful colors and performs really great for video games.

Nice TV. Good picture especially on HD channels. Connects easily to the internet and on screen keyboard is easy to use. Remote is a little too sleek and feel slippery in your hand. The speakers are very good. Did not buy an additional sound bar. Purchased it a month ago. Owner’s manual is a little lean but most of the functions are very easy to figure out without additional help.

Makes for a heck of a gaming monitor!

Let me start off by mentioning that my scenario may be a little different than most; I bought this TV as a monitor for my high performance gaming PC. The technologies that are important for people in the PC gaming space have traditionally been in the PC Monitor segment of the market, however these days the technology is being added to premium televisions as well. The LG CX Series has a desirable mixture of 4K resolutions at 120hz, low response times, HDMI 2.1 support, and Freesync and G-Sync support. This means that they fully support all features of the latest generation of GPU's from AMD and nVidia. So far, I have encountered no issues with any of these technologies, and are working as intended. The OLED screen is just incredible. It must be seen in person to understand what sets it apart from other screen tech. The blacks are as deep as can be. The colors are all incredibly vibrant. Nothing looks washed out at all. All of this combined makes for the perfect 4K gaming monitor with an added bonus; if you ever decide to upgrade to a new monitor, suddenly you have this spare 55" oled TV on hand to put wherever you'd like in your house. As far as it's TV functionality goes, I do not take advantage of any of the LG "Smart" features so I can't comment on them except to say that the interface feels a little clunky. That being said, it is serviceable and most people will end up putting a Google TV or a Roku on it anyway.

Intimidating. However, experience excellent. I will say this: read the instructions on the box. The screws for the stand were slightly off when lining up. Stripped part of the screw. Be patient with the setup, can be annoying. Once it’s up and running, your mind will be blown. Compare this to any previous tv you have an you’ll not leave the couch the rest of your day. Lots of options, customizing for screen preferences, using the smart features. Remote is very unique and fun to use. The mouse sensor disappears quickly enough for it to be bearable as opposed to annoying. Screen is super thin. I’m still shocked as I write this review that it’s so thin. Thinner than my mobile phone. I am thrilled with my Purchase, apprehensive at first, but I do have to say. Incredible experience. If you’re big into video games or sports, this tv will outperform any other. The colors of sharp, very definable. Doesn’t smooth over. the frame rate is 120hz, which will give you an edge in competitive gaming. Also, the smart feature to choose between performance or quality is optional to the user. If you’re playing an amazing cinematic campaign video game - run quality. Trying to own n00bz on call of Duty? Performance mode for the faster frame rate to detect enemies and also, the 1ms input lag which is faster than any other tv I have seen available. This tv is beast mode. Great experience and nicely packaged

This TV is the best TV to get with the ps5 and new Xbox. The picture is beautiful, Its features are great and the 120hz on call of duty is amazing. You can set your gaming settings and video watching settings and this TV will automatically change when you are doing either. I did have to play with the settings out of the box but once i got the settings to my liking this TV is great.

Oled black not the led glow, star fields look amazing. In a dark room the tv disappears. The colors pop off the screen. Lg has a beautiful user interface, very easy to use. This tv would be great with a good soundbar. After a month I still find myself still saying wow.

This TV looks incredible. I expected perfection from OLED and this panel really delivered. I'm planning to take advantage of the Gsync feature and test out gaming soon, but so far all of the content has been amazing. The thing we love most is when a scene cuts to black that there is zero light in the room. It is a neat experience. You won't go wrong with this panel.

Got this for my girlfriend as a holiday gift. Now I want one! She usually swears by S@%Y but I've heard zero complaints about this set. Great picture and features. Love the remote, but wish the number keys were backlit. The screen is ridiculously thin and the picture is nice and crisp. I don't know how they did the sound system, but for TV speakers this thing sounds amazing.

Far and away the best tv experience I’ve ever purchased. I first purchased the Sony A8H which is essentially the same panel but the LG has features more geared for gaming which was something I needed. The magic remote is great with a small learning curve involved but once you’re used to it it becomes second nature to use. The colors of this tv are so crazy good. I originally intended to buy QLED tv but after some soul searching I decided to get what I’ve been wanting for years and I have zero regrets. Overall I miss having Android / Google TV on the Sony for the operating system but the cursor on the magic remote makes up for it. This is my second 4K LG TV and have experience with the older version of WebOS and the CX definitely offers a better experience. There’s plenty of supported apps from the big players in the streaming industry. Amazon Prime TV actually runs faster and smoother on my TV with the native downloaded app than my Fire TV Cube which is funny. I can still get my fix with Google TV with my Chromecast with Google TV which offers some apps that aren’t available to download from the LG App Store. Bottom line is buy this TV. I even got a free Bluetooth LG portable speaker which came in the mail much faster than I expected.

Where to start.. I spent literally weeks searching for the perfect 4K 120h HDMI 2.1 tv for the PS5 which I was lucky enough to have launch day. I ended up getting the Sony X900H but after going to my Best Buy Magnolia and seeing the CX side by side with the X900H and after hearing/seeing so much good stuff about it. I decided it’s worth the extra $500 after tax, definitely worth it by the way. I shipped the X900H back and bought the CX through Magnolia at my Best Buy (it was sold out but the rep luckily reserved me one at the warehouse for the black Friday pricing). Needless to say I never looked back. This tv is astounding, my first OLED and I don’t know if I can go back to LCD. This tv handles everything well, low quality content, YouTube, Netflix, etc. And the gaming is just another level. It rivals many monitors I have seen! Super low input lag(I believe 6ms) and response time (1ms). If you are on the fence, I’d say go for it I’m seriously happy with the LG, great tv and worth the premium. You won’t regret.

As good as everyone says it is. Video is so smooth, colors look amazing and contrast ratio excellent. Black levels can't be beat on this set. 4 HDMI 2.1 ports make it perfect for next gen systems and PCs. Only downfall is pixel burn in but I watch a lot of varied content so not worried. Love the OS as well. Very easy to use with a lot of app support (Disney Plus, Apple TV)

Excellent picture quality. Love the smart remote. TV is bulkier than its LED equivalent though. Also, wish the remote was illuminated for night time use. Sound quality isn’t that great but I added a sound bar which significantly improved the overall experience. The one odd thing though is that many times I turn off the TV, which turned off the TV and sound bar together but oddly maybe 30 minutes or so later the TV volume will come on by itself which is scared the crap out of me several times. Not sure what I’m doing wrong but that issue definitely needs resolution. I should have to push 2 different remotes to ensure both the tv and sound bar are off at the same time.

Perfect TV. Full 60fps and 120hz with PS5. It's absolutely beautiful. The speakers are pretty good too honestly. I still think I want to get a Sound Bar for it but for TV speakers they're pretty good. Beware it's quite a bit heavier than normal TVs. It is expensive but worth it I think.
