This is a great tv as far as picture, like amazing! Here are my complaints... When you close an app sometimes it will go to the static channel, which is annoying. The air remote is really cool but the cursor is hard to navigate and will disappear randomly. A handful of times I have had to turn the TV off and back on to make it appear. The stupid screensaver comes on no matter what you do, there is no setting that will make it not come on that I've been able to find, you have to find the remote and move it so the picture will show again. For 2k LG should have these things taken care of in my opinion.

Im happy with this tv. Looks much better than my other regardless of what im doing. Im anxiously awaiting the opportunity to buy the new xbox to see how it will look. If I had one complaint it would be the lg network that you must connect to so the you can accept the terms of service and download the apps and such. It took a half hour or so of try and try again just to get it to accept the terms of service.

The TV is the best TV I've ever had. The image quality and the sound quality is excellent. All of the applications I use run smoothly on this TV. The TV is also very light which makes it easy to mount and the TV material is of high quality. Overall, this probably one of the best OLED TVs, if not the best. I would definitely recommend this to others.

The LG OLED 55" TV has a beautiful sharp picture. Price range was reasonable. After approx 5 days of enjoying the sharpness of each TV scene, we noticed the lip sync was horribly out of sync with their voices. We tried sound "bypass" and later "Dolby" and the problem was corrected for only a few days. Then it was back again. In the middle of a show, we have to turn the tv off, then on again in order to have the actors' lips stay in sync with their voices. This is not what we expect to do nor will we accept this. Tomorrow, we'll contact LG's customer services and see what technical information they can suggest to correct this annoying problem. If they can't, then a return is the next step.

Great TV for the price. The color looks really good and the smartTv capability is always a plus. My one gripe is that the sound could vary based on the movie/tv show you are watching, but the internal dolby speakers are really cool. I'm going to buy another sonos arc when I have some money and install it. I would go ahead and purchase this if you are having reservations.

Great TV! I made the jump from an older 40” LG 1080, and as you would expect the CX blows it out of the water. HDR Content is amazing, and the internal speakers are surprisingly good. I had been watching the price for a while and I finally dropped to a great price at the beginning of November. Just in time for my PS5! My buddy purchased one the same day. Would definitely recommend this tv.

Excellent picture quality. Great apps provided with tv for my needs, interested to see if the apps expand with future tv software updates from LG. Easy to use remote and the pointing feature makes it quick. Sound seems to vary by program or app you are watching; so not sure if that is a tv issue or it is the programs themselves? Glad I picked the 55" as it is the perfect for our room.
