Still getting use to the unusual pointing remote, but for the most part I am using a Harmony universal remote and hub for everyday use. Great picture quality and brightness. Very good off angle viewing. Very good color saturation, almost at plasma quality. Very happy overall.

Excellent picture quality. Nice heavy stand. Picture presets are great, specifically Filemaker Mode and the iSF Bright room/dark room make things really easy. I also love the art gallery feature too. Definitely comes at a premium price but we'll worth the money!!

most def the best tv to me in 2020 besides the 48” c1..i had a great year with it with movies tv shows sports games. the whole 2020 nfl season was watched on it but now since i sold it to my friend who games a lot it will get a lot more usage in that area

No complaints about this LG CX. If i had one it would be that i should have gotten it sooner. The picture is phenomenal and being a gamer too, this tv has all the specs to make my Xbox Series X shine. Id highly recommend to anyone considering this tv.

Fantastic. Everything they said it was. Bought the lg soundbar to go with it. Love it. Got it for 1350. They forgot to take off the pre Thanksgiving plaque, and I called them out on it. Granted it no problem. Saved another 100. Happy to do business with best buy

This is the nicest TV I've ever seen. It is perfect for watching movies or whatever. Excellent for gaming with all the next gen features it has. The picture quality is phenomenal. I would recommend to anyone who could fit this in the budget.

I thoroughly researched 55" TVs and, by the reviews, I thought the LG OLED was the best. I now have buyers remorse. Mostly on some TV shows. I am not sure how to explain it but it reminds me of the cheap video quality you see on daytime soaps. I've tried every video option without much improvement. Plus just cannot see having to change the video type when watching movies, sports, etc. I have 2 older flat screens...a 10+ year old plasma Panasonic and a more recent Samsung (both 50"). Picture quality for TV shows is far superior. And then there is the remote..... It's nice that it recognized my DVD player and I can use the remote for SOME of the functions. Still better to use the original device's remote. Then there is my ROKU device. The LG took control of my ROKU device and the ROKU's remote no longer is usable on this TV. I gave the rating as 2 stars. 2 1/2 is probably more appropriate. The picture on baseball games is very good. Just not an overall great TV. If I didn't spend $1,500, I'd buy another brand TV. Buyer's remorse.

I absolutely love this TV. Of course people are scared of burn but I don't expect it to happen to me especially with the features they implemented to prevent that. The best picture quality I have ever seen in a TV.

I wanted a smart tv with high resolution, I went to best buy and I saw this tv it was perfect, when I tried to purchase it it was sold out all of Florida so I called my brother in Atlanta. I purchased in Atlanta and he drove it down for me beautiful picture.

I purchased this television I had to return the 1st one something wrong with the speakers It kept vibrating.They gave me a new one great picture great sound but after 3 weeks there was a bright white vertical line going straight down on the screen. I tried to call the Geek Squad couldnt reach them. The 2nd day the line turned black at the end of that day it turned almost transparent the next day the line was completely gone.I don't know what to think but it seemed to have fixed itself.

The LG OLED I bought a week earlier had a problem. Best Buy got me a new one and picked up the one that didn't work. The LG OLED CX series is an outstanding TV. Picture quality and sound is superb. I love it.

Great picture quality but quite expensive for what it is. Also very confusing to operate. An instruction manual would help.

Gorgeous tv! The colors are so bright and vibrant, the blacks are deep. The clarity is the best I’ve ever had in a television. LG makes outstanding TVs. Setting it up and getting it to recognize my devices and what setting they should be on was extremely helpful.

This is my third LG tv and all have been good. The picture on this OLED model is great and it has more features than I can use. Setup is simple and as it is mostly just a sheet of glass, it looks good on the wall.

Amazing buy I love the picture! I've never spent more than 500 dollars on a tv but I wanted something for my Xbox series x and I can't wait for next gen gaming! The movies on this tv is just perfect as well a great design and totally worth the price. Great job LG!

We purchased the LG CX 55" for the bedroom. This tv mounted on the wall is pretty incredible. The picture is just beautiful. The size is perfect for the room it is in. Still trying to nail down all of the right settings, but so far no problems. Love it!

The picture and sound quality is superb. The ability to see "night scenes" more clearly is a real bonus. The design, in particular how thin the TV is, is hard to believe. Overall, we are extremely satisfied.

The quality of this TV is great this is my first OLED TV and can see the difference between the my other TV's that are QLED.

Let me first say we purchased this during the pandemic and were unable to go in and see the differences. We started with a QLED and within 3 days I was calling to upgrade us to the OLED! The picture is gorgeous and has such depth of color with high quality sound!

Has every next gen feature you need for the next gen consoles. LG WebOS is really nice. Very customizable. Everything just works right out of the box but can be tweaked to your liking if you’re a power user. Picture quality is the best I’ve ever seen.
